Bundchen made a triumphant return to SPFW after a six-year absence when she walked for Brazilian label Colcci.
The 27-year-old modelled a range of looks, including purple tie-dye pants teamed with an embellished bustier and an orange print midriff top and tight white jeans, in an event that predominantly showcases designers from Latin America.
Usually renowned for colourful clothes, skimpy swimwear and a party atmosphere, this year’s Sao Paulo Fashion Week has taken a more sombre turn. The financial fallout from an investment fund’s failed attempt to buy some of the biggest fashion companies in Brazil resulted in several labels being forced to scale back their shows or pull out.
