In the same E! Online interview, Miranda Kerr said this about her exercise and eating schedule:
“I’m pretty much 80 percent healthy, 20 percent indulgent, because I don’t believe in depriving yourself,” Kerr said, admitting she sometimes eats potato chips.
Kerr says her workout routine consists of yoga, Pilates and low resistance weight traning.
