i used to back her in early 2008 when i thought she was some advanced avant-garde/pop performance artist. her music is so generic and everything she does is stolen (madonna, grace jones, jery lee lewis like caitie said, elton john, bowie, freddie mercury, etc.) it really sickens me that someone has to put in so little work creatively to make it ahead in life (i'm also looking at you Beyonce and Rihanna.) i can't believe people are so sheep-like that they'll make this broad a multi-millionaire and purchase songs about paparazzi and telephones. so, so weak

"to each their own" or "to each his own" or "to each her own"

It means that the person refered to by the pronoun (their/he/she) is entitled to their view/opinion, but the person who is saying the phrase doesnt agree with it.

It is just a short way for saying something like, "That is your opinion, I dont agree with it, but I acknowledge your view". Now it is hard to tell here because it is text, but when speaking this phrase depending on the way it is said, you can be sincere or you can imply that the other persons opinion is absolutely insane.
