Katy Perry shot a segment for the show – which was supposed to air on New Year’s Eve – in which she sings a cleaned-up version of her song, “Hot N Cold” with Elmo, but parents wouldn’t have it.

How does someone like Katy Perry event get considered for such a gig?! Kinda weird how the system is rigged to indoctrinate little kids into becoming skanky hos.

Wow. What a wildly inappropriate outfit for a children's show. I'm not sure that a low cut bustier, especially if you have big breasts, although spectacular, really is acceptable, I'd have expected even Katy Perry to have more sense than that.
