After all, she did sell photos of her twins, so why not earn a few extra bucks from your overly dramatized divorce? Knowing how Jennifer Lopez & her team operates, we’re pretty sure she bagged top dollar for dishing out bullshit about how her marriage to Marc Anthony ended.
After reading a few excerpts from the interview, I’m still confused about what Jennifer Lopez ultimately expects from a mature marriage?! I mean, isn’t it a bit unreasonable to expect the initial love you shared at the beginning of the marriage to remain at the same level years later? If everyone acted as selfishly as Jennifer Lopez then I think it’s safe to say that the divorce rate would be 98% as opposed to 40-50%.
Below are a couple of the excerpts, but the level of ambiguity in absolutely baffling. Can anybody translate what she’s trying to say?
“I’m a hopeless romantic and passionate person when it comes to love,” Lopez told the magazine in an interview for its September issue.
“It’s not that I didn’t love myself before. Sometimes we don’t realize that we are compromising ourselves. To understand that a person is not good for you, or that that person is not treating you in the right way, or that he is not doing the right thing for himself if I stay, then I am not doing the right thing for me. I love myself enough to walk away from that now,” she added.
