In addition to kicking off the “Be Strong” Challenge, Ashley Tisdale unveiled her new “Got Milk?” advertisement in promotion of lowfat chocolate milk. The “Be Strong” Challenge asks cheerleader squads to drink lowfat chocolate milk for when they need to refuel after working out.

Squads can simply log on to AmericanCheerleader.com/BeStrong and submit a custom cheer video that shows how refueling with chocolate milk makes them strong along with a brief introduction of their team.
Teens will vote on the strongest squad, and for every vote $1 will go to Cheer for a Cure. The winning squad will receive $5,000 and an opportunity of a lifetime to star in a Milk Mustache ad in American Cheerleader magazine. [Source]
