Olivia Culpo, a sophmore at Boston University, won the title of Miss USA beating out 1st runner-up Nana Meriwether of Maryland and 2nd runner-up Audrey Bolte of Ohio. Olivia’s final question, asked by Rob Kardashian, was if it would be fair if a transgender woman won the title of Miss USA. She said it would be fair saying, “there are so many people who have a need to change for a happier life.
