Barely Legal British hottie Cher Lloyd came stateside to perform at The Grove as part of the Teen Vogue Back-To-School Event hosted by Pretty Little Liars hottie Shay Mitchell. We don’t know much about Cher besides that she competed on X-Factor, not winning the event, but was signed by Simon Cowell to Sony Music subsidiary Syco Music. Cher’s third single “Wany U Back” is making its way to the US airwaves and what better way than a live performance full of perfectly strategized angles for photographers to take pictures of her little short skirt. Cher would do just fine in the US market if she continues that and then some.
