So, where was Miley’s P.R. army peeps when she decided to chop the hair off? I don’t get it. At least her “I desperately need a new image” phase isn’t as crazy as Britney’s when she walked into a salon & got her hair chopped off in front of the papz. Miley kind of does all her crazy shit in private & then posts the photos via various social outlets, so she has some control over what gets out & what stays in her laptop for a bit until it gets stolen & eventually leaks to the public.
These were snapped yesterday afternoon (Thursday, August 23) as Miley was seen running around with a friend in SoHo doing some luxury shopping? Maybe she’s shopping for her upcoming wedding? Who knows and at the end of the day, who really gives a shit, right?
