“Gangster Squad” Star Sean Penn Might Need To Invest In New Workout Clothes

These were snapped yesterday afternoon as actor Sean Penn was seen going for a run on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu covered pretty much from head to toe. We’re assuming it was either really early in the morning and kinda cold or he’s trying to generate a lot of heat while he runs so he can get a better workout. At least we hope it was one of the two b/c he’s dressed like a homeless dude. He was accompanied by his personal trainer who closely followed on a bike (not pictured).

Sean Penn’s next film hitting theaters is “Gangster Squad,” which also stars Josh Brolin, Ryan Gosling, Nick Nolte, Emma Stone, Anthony Mackie & Giovanni Ribisi. The film is scheduled for a January, 2013 release. Here’s more about the film:
