Even though she was showing a lot more skin here, Emma’s previous appearance a couple days back in NYC was far sexier, in my opinion. We’re definitely not gonna bitch about anything b/c Emma looked great in her short, colorful dress. The former “Harry Potter” actress is currently away from her home in London to promote her latest film “The Perks of Being a Wallflower,” which screens at the Toronto International Film Festival on Saturday (wider release on September 21).
