2012 Emmys: Sofia Vergara Zuhair Murad Gown Couldn’t Contain Her Booty! OW!

Sofia Vergara Wardrobe MalfunctionPhoto Credit: FameFlynet Pictures; Right photo: Twitter

As expected TV’s sexiest grandma Sofia Vergara looked stunning in a torquoise gown by designer Zuhair Murad. In the midst of all the excitement resulting from “Modern Family” winning award after award at last night’s 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, the Colombian bombshell’s dress ripped in the back, revealing her thong & ass cheek. Sofia was accompanied by around 20 family & friends at the award show, so let’s hope she got things patched up quickly before too many people noticed. As for the photo, major props to the bastard who had the presence of mind to snap a photo while Sofia got things stitched up! OW!

MILAN: Who The Hell Is This? Russian Girl Group Serebro on the Runway For Agogoa

Serebro on the Runway For AgogoaPhoto Credit: Splash News Online; PICTURED: Elena Temnikova, Olya Serebkina and Marina Lizorkina

Elena Temnikova, Olya Serebkina and Marina Lizorkina, the three hotties who complete the Russian pop girl group Serebro played the runway fashion show for Italian designer Agogoa as part of the Spring/Summer, 2013 Milan Womenswear Fashion Week. I think it’s safe to say that this is definitely a band I wouldn’t mind checking out at least once. For those of you interested, here’s a very short clip from yesterday’s fashion show in Milan:

More about the Serebro:

“Serebro” (Серебро, Silver) are a Russian pop girl group based in Moscow, Russia. They were created through the European known contest Eurovision Song Contest in 2007, with their song “Song #1″. The group consists of Elena Temnikova, Olga Seryabkina and Anastasia Karpova, who replaced the former member Marina Lizorkina.[4] They were then officially imprinted to their manager Maxim Fadeev’s record label Monolit Records, and in 2012, they had additional releases from Sony Music Entertainment and Ego Music. During 2009, member Marina Lizorkina had announced her departure from the group, and she was replaced by Anastasia Karpova.

The group have spawned two studio albums; OpiumRoz, which was released by Monolit Records, and Mama Lover which was released by Sony and Ego Music.[5][6] They have also released an extended play entitled Izbrannoe. The group have had a long-term string of top ten hits in their native Russia, with their first number-one single being “Song #1″, which charted within different countries in Europe.

On June 14, Serebro released their second studio album Mama Lover by their label. The album was released in Russia, and is slated for a European release.[18] The fourth single from the album was Malchik, which was released on June 16, 2012. The single was unsuccessful for the group, which broke the groups consecutive top ten hits, where it peaked at number 124 on the Russian Singles Chart. Wiki

About each group member:

Elena Temnikova (born 18 April 1985 in Kurgan, Russia) came to media prominence as a contestant on Channel One talents show Star Factory in 2003.[19] She was spotted by Maxim Fadeev, the main producer of Star Factory, and signed with a contract with Fadeev’s recording company Monolit Records.[20] Although Temnikova released two disco singles, “Begi” and “Taina”, she did not continue her solo career and joined Serebro instead.[20] She had married co-member of Star Factory Alexey Semenov, and then separated in 2007, before a settlement for divorce. She then sparked a problem between her manager Maxim Fadeev, after his brother started dating Temnikova, but had announced their separation. She currently resides in Moscow, Russia.

Olga Seryabkina (born 12 April 1985 in Moscow, Russia) began to study ballet at the age of seven.[19] The same year she got the rank of the candidate to the master of sports; she later took part in many international dancing competitions.[19] Seryabkina graduated at the Art School, the Department for Estrada and Pop Singing, and in 2006 got the higher education diploma on specialization “Translation and Entrepreneurship”.[19] She was brought at the audition for Serebro by her friend Temnikova.[20] As one off the band members, Olga is the only member to produce and write most off the songs for the group as well. She first had her writing debut on the groups single “Like Mary Warner”, and write and composed some off the songs featured on Mama Lover.

Anastasia Karpova (born 2 November 1984 in Balakovo, Russia) was very interested in music since her early age, but dedicated herself to ballet.[19] She was also attending singing classes and decided to pursue her singing career.[19] Anastasia had replaced Lizorkina, after announcing her departure. She first had her debut with the group on their single “Like Mary Warner”. Anastasia, along with Elena and Olga had recorded their second studio album Mama Lover, making it Karpova’s first full-length studio album. (Source)

Wild finishes and OT games highlight week 3 of the NFL season

This Sunday the NFL featured 8 games that were decided by a TD or less (3 going into OT) and I believe it’s the first time that’s happened since the 2010 but that wasn’t the surprising part. It wasn’t that they got to overtime but more about the manner in which the games arrived to that point. Week 3 was filled with amazing plays and some key upsets but it’s hard to ignore that replacement officials after three weeks of action continue to affect games in a negative fashion, getting worse as the season ages. First we’ll stick to the positives because anyone trying to keep up with all the early games would’ve had their brain explode. The games that stick out the most are the three overtime games but i’ll focus on the encounter in New Orleans, where the KC Chiefs took the win in OT 27-24. Performance of the week goes to Jamal Charles (33 car, 233 yds, 1TD) that was highlighted by a very nice 91 yard touchdown run. Anyone start him on their fantasy team? I think it’s safe to say now that coaching does matter, the ultimate example being the Saints who are only a couple years removed from their Super Bowl victory and are now at 0-3, one of the worst teams in the league. Even more shocking: teams that have beaten the Saints have that win as their only win of the season.

There some key upsets yesterday (Cardinals over Eagles, Raiders over Steelers) but the one that was easily the most surprising was the Vikings taking the victory at home over the 49ers, the team that most saw as the class of the NFL. Led by QB Christian Ponder (21-35, 198 yds, 2 TD, 1 rush TD) the Vikings shocked the Niners, beating them in every part of the game to take the victory 24-13. Ponder looked like a season veteran out there, never being phased by the swarming 49ers defense that caused much better QBs to commit turnovers. Ponder did not commit any turnovers and with the help of a strong finish by the Vikings defense (forcing 3 turnovers in the 4th) they were on their way to their second victory of the season. Who would’ve thought the Vikings would be sitting at 2-1, sharing the lead of the NFC North? Have I mentioned my Cowboys yet? Well, i’m not too enthusiastic about their performance yesterday. It was a sloppy win filled with offensive struggles and penalties but in the end, a win is a win so i’ll definitely take it.

What else to say about these replacement officials? Anyone that watched last night’s game between the Ravens and Patriots (would’ve been a classic) knows that it’s way past terrible. Once again Roger Goodell, get something done before the season is ruined.

Tonight’s game: Green Bay Packers at Seattle Seahawks (8:30 ET on ESPN)

2012 Emmys Red Carpet Fashion: Julianne Hough & Ginnifer Goodwin Shine; Plus Other Favorites

Julianne Hough @ 2012 EmmysPhoto Credit: FameFlynet Pictures; WENN; Pictured: Julianne Hough

The 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards went down last night with an underwhelming showcase of red carpet beauty & glamour. Favorite moments had to be Jimmy Kimmel as the host, Kat Dennings hitting the stage to present her rack to the masses at home & I particularly enjoyed the few seconds Ricky Gervais appeared on stage to present his award. His humor isn’t for everyone, but he always manages to steal a laugh from me.

Once again, ABC’s “Modern Family” ran away with a boat load of awards, so congrats to the lucky cast & crew for their continued success. Let’s face it, we could all use a some of that successful series cash! It’s a pity they’re getting screwed on their paycheck b/c even though they’re now getting paid $175K per episode (up from $65K last year), I still think they should’ve fought for more. Doesn’t CBS make upwards of a billion from the series?! $175K is seriously chump change.

Anyway, see all the nominees & winners here.

For those of you bastards who follow these red carpet events, you’ll know that Christina Hendricks is a staple on the Hottest Low-Cut Dress list, but she had some thirst quenching competition on the Emmys red carpet! Say hello to Zooey Deschanel (“New Girl”), Kat Dennings (“2 Broke Girls”) & Morena Baccarin (“Homeland”). I’m all the ladies, but I feel like Kat Dennings wins this red carpet showdown.

Sarlet J. Mendel is the genius designer behind Kat’s dress, so major props to her. Other designers: Zooey’s wearing Reem Acra, Christina’s stuffed inside a Christian Siriano-designed dress, & lastly, the sultry Morena is wearing Basil Soda.
