So, did you hear the one about the eccentric Chinese billionaire who has offered to pay any man in the world $65 million to “flip” his lesbian daughter and get her to enter into a heterosexual marriage? Well, even if you haven’t, good news: Sacha Baron Cohen is set to star in a movie about the same subject, and from what we hear, he’s pining for the lead role of the lesbian. After playing an anti-semitic Kazakhstani and a flamboyantly gay fashion reporter, it is perhaps a natural step for the star of The Dictator. If nothing else, it will give him the chance to alienate the world’s largest population. And if there’s one thing he’s good at, it’s offending large swaths of filmgoing bigots.
