Halle Berry & Tom Hanks @ “Cloud Atlas” Premiere in Berlin

Tom Hanks & Halle Berry

So, did any of you bastards check this out in the theaters? I was hoping to go last week, but Superwhore Sandy got in the way of my plans. Hopefully sometime this week, but leave your thoughts on the film below if you happened to watch it.

The Wachowski brothers’ latest epic “Cloud Atlas” premiered in Berlin last night, with at least a few more premieres set to happen over the next week. Since it’s release on October 26, the film has earned around $18 million on the domestic front, so let’s hope it has more success overseas. The production budget was $102 million.

The film stars Tom Hanks, Halle Berry, Jim Broadbent, and Hugo Weaving, amongst others and after having premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival is set for wide-release on October 26th. For more info, visit the Cloud Atlas official website.

An epic story of humankind in which the actions and consequences of our lives impact one another throughout the past, present, and future as one soul is shaped from a murderer into a savior and a single act of kindness ripples out for centuries to inspire a revolution. [Wiki]

  • don’t like the hair anymore but still amazed how well she has aged

Yeah, short hair suit her but it would be nice to see her with a long hair for a change.

  • err

    Dat body!

    • That body is all show and no go. Ask the exs why they left and they all say she is boring in bed. How, I can’t imagine but too many guys said the same thing.

Movie was decent in several spots, but I couldn’t help thinking that the directors were trying to achieve more than they were actually capable of. Melding six stories didn’t result in anything that was much greater than the sum of its parts. I applaud the effort though.
