Ever wanted to see Jon Hamm and Daniel Radcliffe share a bath together? No, no, it’s not what you’re thinking. They’re playing versions of each other in the new British miniseries A Young Doctor’s Notebook which premieres on Britain’s Sky Arts channel on December 6. The series tells the story of a Russian/British doctor named Vladimir Bomgard who looks back on his life with humor, disdain, and plenty of regret. The series is based on the short story by Mikhail Bulgakov who worked as a doctor in a small village during the Russian Revolution in 1917.
No word yet on if or when there will be an American airdate, but chances are pretty good that it will eventually make its way to Showtime or HBO. It stars Jon Hamm and Harry Potter, after all.
