Following up on Katy Perry’s appearance at the 2012 Billboard Women In Music Luncheon at Capitale in NYC, we should note that Carly Rae Jepsen, Ciara, and Cher Lloyd also were in attendance. The event honored Billboard’s Woman of the Year, the Billboard Rising Star and the best and brightest female executives in the music business. Both Katy Perry and Carly Rae Jepsen took home awards with Katy being named 2012′s Woman Of The Year.
