Why Did Adam Lanza Shoot Little Kids? Who Gets The Blame?

Adam Lanza

The debate is officially on, but I was shocked how Obama chose to dance around the whole gun policy issue as opposed to telling it like it is. That’s why he can drop all the tears he wants to drop, but we all know his hands are tied when it comes to making lasting change on the legal front. I think it’s safe to say that there needs to be a retroactive assault weapons ban, which means that people who previously purchased those types of guns will need to drop them off at local law enforcement in exchange for some sort of tax credit or outright reimbursement.

As for Adam Lanza & the reasons behind the massacre: Let’s just say it gets weirder & weirder with each bit of information that’s slowly leaking from local law enforcement. Here’s what we know:

All 20 kids were shot multiple times; a couple of them up to 11 times!! WHAT THE FUCK?!

Nancy Lanza was part of the prepper movement, which means she was getting ready for massive turmoil when economy falls apart and total anarchy breaks out. Members of the movement are known for hoarding supplies and training with weapons.

Nancy Lanza divorced in 2009, although legal documents report no mental health issues for Adam over the split. Riiiight.

Adam Lanza suffered from Asperger syndrome

People who knew Adam Lanza are painting a mixed portrait of the killer: Some day he was extremely anti-social & odd, while others say he was an average kid.

As early as less than a week before the attack, Nancy Lanza had told a friend of her fears that she was “losing” her son. “She said it was getting worse. She was having trouble reaching him.” (Telegraph)

Police recovered badly damaged computers from the Lanza residence.

Adam Lanza shot his mom in the face multiple times while she was asleep.

So, what’s everyone’s take on this? What would cause some 20-year-old kid to go ape-shit on a bunch of 6 & 7-year-old kids?! Is it his way of “saving” them from the horrible world?

Ever stop and think maybe he was so destroyed inside and that's why he did it? Our true nature is good. There is no hell only heaven and all will be forgiven. He was just severely wounded and that's why he was able to kill the kids. But they are all in heaven now and as soon as his soul left his body when he killed himself.. He was confronted with even more pain than he had while on earth because he left the maya and façade of the physical world and saw the beauty and splendor of the soul. Poor guy. Pray for all people all over the world who are crying out for help because of emotional trauma. We will rise as a magnificent human race where war and violence ceases to exist.

We've always had fuck tons and easy access to guns. Mass shootings is a fairly new occurrence. Everyone is blaming guns, when it's literally the last thing that should be on peoples list. Mental illness for starters, ever notice how every single one of these guys look BATSHIT FUCKING INSANE? Just by looking at them. Probably has a lot to do with how the media glamorizes them. We always remember the shooters, but never the victims. Also take into accuont how easily influenced society is. Take for instance, FADS like 50 shades of grey. ADULT women were so influenced by that stupid fad they tried bondage and new things in the bedroom, it sent the toys mentioned in that shit book flying off the shelves, etc. Is it really a stretch that someone a few french fries short of a happy meal could see TV, watch how the media and world reacts to a mass shooting and then get the idea to do so? It isn't.

he was extremely nutty and didn't get locked up when he should have. When a person is nutty they need to stop worrying about feelings and get them to a damn straight jackets. a high powered semi automatic rifle didn't help

Its actually very simple imo.

He did it because he's batshit crazy

Like sociopaths, people with autism often lack empathy for others, are very self centered. Parents of autistic kids might want to stay away from owning guns. He was rejected when he tried to buy a rifle last week so the system worked. To get guns he had to MURDER HIS MOTHER. As to how many times he shot them, they weren't going to get any deader. He obviously had a sadistic streak and lack of impulse control. He was a sick kid. The "assault rifle" he used was no more deadly than if he had used any other type of firearm. He had no armed opposition so there was plenty of time to do what he did. It was only much later after the cops started up the hallways that he killed himself. So the lesson is that "gun free zones" are an invitation to the wolf to attack the sheep because he knows there is no shepherd to stop him . Evil will always find a way. There was also that story last week out of China of the man that carved up 22 school kids with a knife.

It would be very hard to figure out what goes on in a lunatic's mind...but this monster surely has no emotions, feeling or value to human life, not even his own....for him to take little children's life is something no human being with a consience would do, besides he had noi right to take them, this is like a science fiction movie, at least a movie you know it's played out, but this is reality, just can't figure out how anyone can stand in front of a child, look at that child and shoot them several time..it's just so incredible, yet it happened..well all I can say, either he was on drugs, or just a plain ugly monster, and animal...I hope he rots in hell..and for those other lunatics still roaming around thinking this is something awesome to do, and try to top this, please do me a favor, and shoot yourselfs in the head first, then your victims...please?

SILENCE YOU LIBITARD NEW YORKER. I also had a new yorker tell me today when I said "a child is 12x more likely to die by a car" His response was "pass stricter car seat laws" It's so cute watching libitards in NYC in their own little delusional bubble rely on the government to give them a security net and blanket for when they fuck up, to take care of them, and to pass laws to accommodate retards who lack common sense. Didn't know liberals need the government to tell them how to live and what not to do.

@Obsidio It should be noted that the guy who knifed 22 kids, also killed 0 people. Ok, there was another knife incident where someone killed 27 I think, so yes crazy is as crazy does sometimes. But it's just easier to stop a guy with a knife than it is to stop a guy with a gun. And it's easier to stop a guy with a handgun than a guy that has an assault rifle. You have to agree with that, right?

@MoeJackson maybe they took a picture of a photo, so it might looks kinda blurry and has bad quality. idk tho.

Obsidio

@Gabbo @Obsidio What is true is that no one was prepared or equipped to stop a guy with a knife, a handgun, or an "assault weapon"(that's nothing but a media term).

@Planet Nebo But your child is far more likely to die in the shower, getting hit by a drunk driver, suicide, etc. Being a victim of  mass shooting is incredibly low. You have a better chance at winning the lottery. Which is the problem. You see this, think of your kids, then become emotional. Which leads to irrational decision making. (why we shouldn't allow women in politics or positions of power) I mean, are you not acknowledging the numbers? 90+ mil gun owners, 7 mass shootings in 25 years..9 men..WHAT are you not getting, 9 men out of this entire population did something like this in 25 years. Are you one of those who think "WELL if gun control reduces them by just one we're doing ok" That..Is...Probably..The...Stupidest...Shit...EVER

They have online pyrotechnic stores. You can buy pretty much every chemical needed to make a MASSIVE bomb. One in which > pipebomb. Without a license, background check, etc. I hope the stupid, irrational libitards fight hard enough for an assault ban and it goes in. Then I HOPE a dozen people use bombs and it kills even quadruple the amount of what it did in all of the shootings. Then I'll simply reply with "So im glad you made 90+ million people suffer because the actions of a dozen men. I'm so glad your ban on assault rifles prevented mass killings. YOU FUCKING IDIOT"  Hell, are we going to ban flammable liquids too? A simple molotov cocktail will have a mighty fine barbeque. The fail liberal's logic is: We should make drugs legal because people will get a hold of them anyways. But we need to make guns illegal so no one can get a hold of them. FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL.

WeeItsNookies
WeeItsNookies

@McP Also, look at how easy it is to make a pipe bomb. THE QUESTION TO ASK is, in 1994 when the assault weapon ban was put into effect by Clinton, did it lower gun crime? I haven't actually looked at the numbers from 94 to X, too sick from bronchitis. But if it's the same or higher, then that would be the only argument needed. Somehow I doubt gun crime was drastically reduced enough to use as an argument to be for the gun ban.

%s [They are more concerned about protecting an outdated amendment in a document written over 200 years ago than protecting our children.]

That's a false dichotomy.  I think we just see it as a mental health issue, or a broader societal issue.  We don't believe that these insane people, even if you could restrict all access to guns, would say, "I'd really like to kill a bunch of people, but darn it I don't have a gun so I'll watch Disney movies instead."  Of course they are using guns, we have a gun culture and guns are not hard to get, but that does not mean they wouldn't kill otherwise.  This guy could have walked into Home Depot and picked up a machete and killed an entire classroom, they were defenseless 6 and 7 year old kids and a few women.  If you have time on your hands and enough crazy in your head, you could think up a hundred ways and weapons to commit a massacre.  Timothy McVeigh still tops the list doesn't he?

You just hate guns and use stuff like this to try to capitalize on it to advance your agenda.

I stated my position in the other thread. Both sides are taking some ridiculous stances. Crazy is as crazy does and bad people will do bad things. More laws won't help because people in the US are less likely to be nice people than other countries. We need to highly restrict the large mag size, stopping power, shots/second weapons.

The issue with cops is that most have never been in a live fire scenario where the chips are down. They should rely on training and practice, but if they freak out, the same bad things happen. When bullets start flying, you just never know.

Most of the guns used in recent school shootings were purchased legally, then stolen. (which is why teachers shouldn’t have guns at school) The problem is that it’s way too easy for anyone who should never have a gun to actually get one. We’ve reached a point where there are so many guns out in the wild that any additional gun laws will have little to no effect.

The 2nd amendment needs to be tossed or amended. Tunisia and Egypt are both at the bottom in firearms per capita, were able to overthrow their governments. The Kyrgyz revolt was done almost completely without firearms by the populace. Balance between the people and government doesn’t happen from weapons.

WeeItsNookies

When you look at the news everyday you realize that cops are becoming more and more out of control too. The cops during that NY thing ended up wounding a FUCK TON of civilians. Cops would probably do more damage in those situations. The reason we don't know for sure is because it's always 10 cops vs 1 and theres never any cilvians around. The first time a shootout between cops and a suspect happened w/cilivians around, a lot of them got shot. They shot and killed an unarmed black kid when he flushed weed down the toilet. Weird, why such an itchy trigger finger for a city that has such low crime and low gun violence, with strict gun laws? How many videos have you seen where cops shoot a CHAINED up dog for the luls? Heh, when it comes to "peace keepers" civilians seem to be more qualified to carry weapons. Also when people try to counter argue the whole "Had there been a concealed carrier he woulda stopped them" all of these shootings were in gun free zones. Yous imply cannot use "arming civilians would cause more harm than good" cannot be used as a decent argument. Simply because theres never been an instance where a concealed carrier was present, considering they were in GUN FREE ZONES. Which makes it illegal to carry a gun on the premises. But we all know how criminals don't follow silly laws. Including a gun ban :)  Cops are not superhuman gods at firearms. They are everyday people who TRAINED with weapons. Any civilian can do the SAME exact training as cops/military do and have the same results. I have 4 cops in my family. One in which is the head of the drug task force division all in which are pro-gun and all for civilians having firearms. It's a shame liberal FUCKS have to throw the first time every fucking time and turn something into political agenda.

@Gabbo @Obsidio Technically an assault rifle definition according to the ATF has to be capable of firing fully automatic. That said, a guy killed 12 people in Asia using a knife I do believe. The dude who stabbed 22 kids is an idiot. Basic human anatomy knowledge would of resulted in 22 dead. Knowing where to stab, for instance the artery in the neck there would of been a much different outcome. Also, cops/security ALWAYS arrive way too late. Which means its left up to the people he's shooting at. In which always either hit the ground or run away. Would you honestly try taking down a machete wielding people?

@McP @Gabbo @Obsidio An automobile is used for transportation, the only intent of a gun is to kill. I love people who just throw their hands up in the air and say there is nothing we can do as society when it comes to guns. They are more concerned about protecting an outdated amendment in a document written over 200 years ago than protecting our children.

@Gabbo @Obsidio Say, unlike those NYC cops who recently shot up all the bystanders?  You'd rather this guy run over a bunch of kids at the playground with a car?  Blow stuff up like Timothy McVeigh?

Gabbo
Gabbo

@Obsidio @Gabbo No one outside of the armed forces or law enforcement is ever truly prepared or equipped to handle this situation. That's why arming civilians and teachers is pointless. While it may help some situations, in others you're just as likely to more bystanders shot. Bah, anything with a large mag and can autofire is deemed an assault rifle. Yes rather vague. But in this case, he left the 223 semiauto in the trunk. Probably deemed it too cumbersome.
