Ron Burgundy is back! Well, almost back: he’ll officially be back on screens with all his regular cohorts in Anchorman 2 come next December 20. Director Adam McKay tweeted the news yesterday that Paramount had settled on the final release date.
A few things to look forward to in the hilariously titled sequel, Anchorman: The Legend Continues, include the proposed choreographed musical sequences (a la Les Mis) and the addition of Kristen Wiig as a love interest for Brick Tamland played by Steve Carrell.
