Implants are ok as long as they don't go balls out with them. It's generally the scars, unnatural shape, stretched and scarred areolas,etc. But going up a cupsize won't have that.

The issue is whether you are considering her for looking or doing. For looking the implants would be an improvement BUT for doing they are a major turnoff. Even the best fake boobs aren't good for doing.
