In the spirit of the age-old saying, “better late than never,” we’re finally posting up our favorites from the 2016 Vanity Fair Oscar Party. If we had to choose whether to post only red carpet photos from the actual ceremony or photos from the various after-parties following the awards show, I’d obviously choose the latter.

The overall theme of the outfits can be summed up with the statement “Look, but don’t touch—unless your name is Leonardo DiCaprio.” I know a lot of chicks probably wouldn’t admit it to it, but with the amount of pre- and post-buzz surrounding that guy’s Best Actor Academy Award, he could’ve seriously gone home with any number of women last night. We’re pretty sure he didn’t follow through, but we’re about 110% sure some of his close friends cleaned up with all the chicks who had lofty aspirations of texting all their friends the sentence, “I had sex with Leo the night he won the Oscar for Best Actor.”

Ugh, Hailey and that stupid leg pose, so annoying.

Maria has great legs.

@James @Dinodan i'm not saying the best performances weren't nominated. I just said, i bet you loved the nominations this year.

Leni got dressed for the Victoria's secret fashion show, not the oscars, but I am not not complaining

My eyes first went to Diane she's so hot and consistent.  Pharelle's women is attractive but she needs some color on her lips.

Emilia is just not attractive in my opinion. I don't get the appeal.

@Dinodan I am just not that into Diane. It might be that she comes off as more attractive in motion than in stills. it might be that her strong jawline that Leni is attracted to makes her seem a little too masculine for my tastes. Not sure. I totally agree about Emilia.

I put Diane in the same category as Rachel McAdams, Gillian Jacobs and Malin Akerman. they seem kinda plain at first, but once you take time to look at their faces, there's nothing wrong with them, all very pretty without a wow factor, not exotic looking.

Emilia Clarke is so much better looking in character as Daenerys Targaryen than she is on the red carpet or on interview shows.
