Zoe Kravitz and Zoey Deutch: ‘Vincent-N-Roxxy’ Premiere at 2016 Tribeca Film Festival
“Vincent-N-Roxxy” is a new crime-thriller film starring Emile Hirsch, Zoë Kravitz, Zoey Deutch. The film made its big premiere at the annual Tribeca Film Festival last night. The plot revolves around a “small town loner and a rebellious punk rocker [who] unexpectedly fall in love as they are forced on the run and soon discover violence follows them everywhere.” Apparently the big kicker with this film is its shocking ending. It’s so dramatic and so out there that it could be viewed as too much but I feel like because we shot the end after we shot everything else, we really got the time to understand these characters and what they meant to each other and what they’ve gone through and how heartbreaking the end really is. I think by the time we shot that, we were able to do it in a grounded way because we were very clear on what was happening and what had happened. [Read more…]
