Although we're pretty sure that thing is fake, Olivier Martinez was spotted wearing a cast on his injured hand as he dines at Cecconi's in West Hollywood. The French actor was injured during a blowout fight with Gabriel Aubry on Thanksgiving at fiance Halle Berry's house that led to both Aubry and Martinez to the hospital.
