Following the big holiday release of Martin Scorsese’s anxiously awaited ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’, Leonardo DiCaprio and team are kicking off a worldwide promo trip. It’s nice to see Leo convinced producers to have co-stars Jonah Hill (wingman/drinking buddy) & Margot Robbie traveling with him from city to city. I’m sure he’ll have lots of fun back inside his hotel room following the various red carpet premieres. OW!
Along with killing it at the box-office, the somewhat raunchy film based on Wall Street stockbroker Jordan Belfort, is getting a lot of love from the award show circuit (w/ Martin Scorsese getting nods for Best Director and Leo for Best Actor). Let’s see how these two guys fare at the big doggs of award shows (Golden Globes and Academy Awards).
The red carpet premiere event held at the Odeon Leicester Square in London featured a few notable standouts. The film’s beautiful star Margot Robbie, who has most recently been linked to Will Smith, looked absolutely stunning in an Oscar de la Renta-designed gown.
Our other two favorites were the equally delicious Amy Willerton and Ashley Roberts.
Walking the red carpet along with the ‘Anchorman 2‘ cast members were a selection of English-flavored fashionistas whom we want to highlight in this post. We went ahead and chose our favorite three from the red carpet, but if you’re interested in seeing all the other (notable) ladies in attendance, they will make a cameo in our daily catwalks section…

The Attitude Magazine Awards 2013 was held at the Royal Courts of Justice in London. In association with Virgin Holidays, the event raised funds to support the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Honorees included Daniel Radcliffe for Best Actor while Best Groomed went to Oliver Cheshire and Man of the Year is Singer-songwriter John Grant. Ellie Goulding performed in addition to receiving the Music Award. Cher received te first ever Attitude Legend and was on-hand to receive the award. Visit Attitude Magazine for more information.
The A Good Day to Die Hard UK Premiere was held at the Empire Leicester Square in London. Bruce Willis is back for a fifth movie in the Die Hard series and this time John McClane has his son, John “Jack” McClane, Jr., played by Jai Courtney. The film has already been released in Indonesia so our bet is that a pirated copy is already available at your local black market or on BitTorrent, though we’d never promote anything of the such. Look for it to hit US theaters on February 14th. For more info, visit the Die Hard official website.

The National Television Awards (NTA’s) 2013 were held at the O2 arena last night in London. ITV broadcasts the event that celebrates the Most Popular in British television as voted by the audiences. Downtown Abbey won for Drama while Strictly Come Dancing won for Talent Show. Check out the full list of winners and for more info, visit the National Television Awards website.
For Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts has been spending her time across the Atlantic getting consistent work as she reportedly works on her solo album. Last year Ashley participated in I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here (the same season with busty beauty Helen Flanagan) and finished as the runner-up to EastEnders actress, Charlie Brooks. Up next for Ashley is a judging gig for ITV’s Dancing on Ice alongside Jason Gardiner, Robin Cousins and Karen Barber. Well, enough about Ashley, onto our mandatory Django Unchained plug. Django Unchained is theQuentin Tarantino film starring Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kerry Washington and Samuel L. Jackson. For more info, visit the Django Unchained official website.
Django (Jamie Foxx) is a slave living in the Deep South after having been separated from his wife Broomhilda (Kerry Washington). When Django is held for a slave auction, Dr. King Schultz (Christoph Waltz), a German bounty hunter who uses his former profession as a dentist as a cover, frees Django from his vicious masters, the Speck brothers (James Remar and James Russo), and gives him the option of helping him hunt down and kill the Brittle Brothers, a ruthless gang of killers whom only Django has seen. In return, Schultz will free Django from slavery completely and help find and rescue Broomhilda from the brutal but charming Francophile Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio), who owns Candyland, a plantation where male slaves are trained to fight for sport and female slaves are forced into prostitution. Bridget Marquardt, Ashley Roberts, & Aubrey O’Day attended the Hard Rock Cafe grand opening in Hollywood. None of these three have anything significant going on at the moment. Bridget is trying to get her own reality show and Ashley is trying to get people to listen to her solo music. Aubrey is supposed to have The Aubrey O’Day Project coming to the Oxygen Network later this year.
