Stars were out in support of the new R-rated comedy-drama ‘Afternoon Delight‘ by writer & director Jill Soloway. The film stars Kathryn Hahn, Juno Temple, Jane Lynch and Josh Radnor. Here’s some plot for those interested:
Afternoon Delight is the story of Rachel, a stay-at-home mom who becomes obsessed with saving a stripper named McKenna. Rachel is a quick-witted and lovable, yet tightly coiled, thirty-something steeped in the creative class of Los Angeles’s bohemian, affluent Silver Lake neighborhood. Everything looks just right—chic modernist home, successful husband, adorable child, hipster wardrobe. But when she visits a strip club to spice up her marriage and gets a private dance from McKenna, something cracks open. Rachel returns to the scene of the dance to get to know McKenna, and soon after, adopt her as a live-in nanny. This bold move unleashes unimagined and colorful waves of change into Rachel’s life, marriage and community.Source
We were going to include Alicia Witt as one of our faves, but we ran with Juno Temple instead to round-out our favorite three…

Aubrey Plaza needs some solo-feature post love and we appreciated the way she looked in that white dress from last night’s Broadcast Television Journalists Association’s (BTJA) 3rd Annual Critics’ Choice Television Awards. As she continues her role as April Ludgate on NBC’s Parks and Recreation, Aubrey has several films in the works for this year including The To Do List, which also stars Rachel Bilson and McLovin. If you recall, it’s the film she was plugging on her chest when she rushed the stage at the MTV Movie Awards when Will Ferrell received his award. Anyway, the film opens July 26th but also you’ll hear Aubrey’s voice in the upcoming Monsters University film where she voiced the role of Clare Wheeler.
From this set we can confirm that Brooklyn Decker wore Peter Pilotto, Emmy Rossum wore Donna Karan, Amber Heard wore Emilio Pucci, Olivia Wilde wore Calvin Klein, Aubrey Plaza wore Eddie Borgo, and Ashley Greene wore Marchesa.
