Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Finally Tied The Knot At Their French Chateau

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reportedly married at their Chateau Miraval estate in Correns, France

Couldn’t they just remain engaged?! I don’t get it. Now that they’re married, the media will begin speculating about their divorce.

Anyway, the couple reported tied the knot at their beautiful Chateau Miraval estate located in Correns, France. After nine years and six children, I guess they decided it was time to bite the bullet.

With respect to their beautiful property, why would anyone want to ever leave a heavenly place like this? Seems like a great escape, especially for two people who are as famous as Brad & Angelina. The stunning wine growing estate (aerial views photographed back in 2012) has a 35 bedroom main house, a chapel, and a working vineyard sitting on over 1,100 acres of land. Not bad at all!

86th Annual Oscars Arrivals

Hollywood King & Queen, Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie, blessed the entertainment industry’s biggest award show with their attendance. Later in the evening Brad Pitt was even honored with an Oscar with his co-produced film ’12 Years A Slave’ winning for Best Picture.

Check out the red carpet fashion at the 86th Annual Academy Awards Red Carpet celebrity catwalk!

So what do you guys think about these two? Granted, they could show up wearing cardboard boxes and they’d still upstage anyone else walking the red carpet, so don’t know what else you can say here.

We haven’t seen Angie working her A-game in a while, so maybe she threw us a curveball last night and she’s saving her fashion-industry-changing fastball for the Oscars in a couple weeks? We can only hope so!

Along with the 2014 Screen Actors Guild Awards that went down over the weekend, the sugar-baby-friendly 25th Anual Producer Guild of America Awards (also known as Wanna Marry A Sugar Daddy? Awards in some circles) went down at the Beverly Hilton last night.

The night ended with a rare tie for Best Producer in the Motion Picture category between ’12 Years a Slave’ & ‘Gravity’. It’s funny how Hollywood forced ’12 Years a Slave’ SHARE its big victory with another film, but then again, we shouldn’t get greedy considering the film probably wouldn’t get any play during awards season if Brad Pitt wasn’t involved with the project (sad, but true). On that note, major props to the guy for getting behind something like this! It’s unlike any other film that’s hit theaters in the past 10-15 years.

Talking about things we haven’t seen in the past 10-15 years, did you guys see Brad Pitt’s face?! God damn. I think it’s safe to assume that Angelina Jolie also got Brad a fat gift card to Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery along with the heart-shaped island for his 50th birthday.

With respect to best dressed honors, Lupita Nyong’o continues to kill it on all red carpets, so whoever is behind this woman’s style is definitely going places in Hollywood! This woman is unstoppable right now and hte fact that she’s a Yale grad only makes things that much sexier.

This award show also gave Hollywood’s community of sugar daddies a chance to showcase their beautiful trophies….

And finally, we end with 39-year-old Leonardo DiCaprio’s face next to 50-year-old Brad Pitt. Is Brad Pitt aging really well or is he wearing a really good Brad Pitt mask from his ‘Fight Club’ days?

BERLIN: Angelina Jolie All Smiles @ ‘World War Z’ Premiere (w/ Brad Pitt)

'World War Z' Berlin Premiere

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt at World War Z German Premiere 1

The actress appeared to be having the time of her life as she walked the red carpet alongside Brad Pitt. Angelina was wearing a beautiful dress designed by Ralph & Russo. This dress has much more more going for it than the black gown she wore at the ‘World War Z’ UK premiere.

As you guys know, the actress recently underwent a preventive double mastectomy after learning she had an 87% risk of developing breast cancer. She appears to have fully recovered and Brad Pitt is shamelessly using the buzz surround Angelina’s health issues to help pimp his somewhat troubled new film.

Before I plug a new film review, I want to make a correction to a figure I noted in an earlier post where I stated Brad Pitt’s new film’s budget had ballooned to around $175-200 million from an initial budget of $125 million. Apparently that figure is rumored to be upwards of $400 million! HOLY CRAP. Again, let’s hope people watch this film.

Here’s a snippet from a ‘World War Z’ review in The Telegraph:

The first problem you encounter with World War Z, the new action blockbuster starring Brad Pitt, is how to pronounce the damn thing. Should the last letter be said “zee”, to sound like “three”, or “zed”, to sound like “dead”, or “zzz”, to sound like the audience?

Whichever phoneme you plump for, the Z stands for zombie, and the film contains, on a rough estimate, hundreds of thousands of them. It is based on a novel by Max Brooks, son of the filmmaker and humourist Mel, and it follows Gerry Lane (Pitt), a flaxen-haired former United Nations action man who is recalled to the line of duty when a mysterious pandemic turns citizens of various countries into walking, chomping corpses. Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt

In one of her first appearances following her preventive double mastectomy back in February, Angelina Jolie looked beautiful as she accompanied her hubby Brad Pitt at the premiere of the summer’s blockbuster “World War Z,” a film in which Brad’s not only the leading man, but also a leading producer.
Angie was all smiles and from what we could tell, she looked healthier than we’ve seen her look in the past. Normally she looks sickly thin and coming from a guy who sees a lot of sickly thin models, that means a lot.

On the movie front, sadly for Brad, the production gig wasn’t easy because the film was first budgetted for $125 million, but following on-set drama & a number of production delays, the budget ballooned to around $175-200 million—not including marketing, of course. Let’s hope it performs decently at the box-office because a bomb of this size could really tarnish Brad Pitt’s somewhat clean reputation in Hollywood.

More about the film:

United Nations employee Gerry Lane traverses the world in a race against time to stop the Zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments, and threatening to decimate humanity itself.

Angelina Jolie: “I’m The Person Who Takes The Kids To Go Poop.”

“The great thing about having a bunch of kids is they just remind you that you’re the person who takes them to go poop!”[TotalFilm]

Here’s a confession that will destroy any romantic image you may have of the reclusive Angelina Jolie: she is the one on poop patrol at home. Jolie reveals to TotalFilm.com that her lifestyle is decidedly unglamorous, despite having been in the spotlight for most of her life and the fact that she is engaged to Brad Pitt. We expect this kind of false modesty from a lot of Hollywood bigwigs who really live large, but the woman who once wore her husband’s blood in a vial around her neck? Hmmm. I miss the crazy goth chick who used to make out with her brother on the red carpet.

She also discusses what compelled her to direct her first feature film, In the Land of Blood and Honey: “I didn’t set out to ever become a director or write a script. I was never intending to make a film. I’ve been traveling for over 10 years to these conflict and post-conflict zones, and thinking about what happens to people when they live inside these situations, and how their humanity is just stripped apart … So I wanted to have a meditation on what this is and how people who are neighbours can turn against each other.”

Produced by & starring the one & only Brad Pitt, “Killing Them Softly” is the latest film by director Andrew Dominik. The film, which already has a 92% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, is based on the 1974 novel “Cogan’s Trade” by George V. Higgins. It will hit theaters starting Friday, so make sure you bastards don’t miss this bad boy! Definitely sounds like a winner.

Besides Brad Pitt, the deep cast also features Scoot McNairy, Ben Mendelsohn, Ray Liotta, and Richard Jenkins. The story revolves around a “professional enforcer Jackie Cogan (Pitt), who investigates a heist that occurs during a high-stakes, mob-protected poker game.” (Wiki)

Directly below is some red carpet footage of Brad Pitt workin’ the crowds at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this spring where the film first premiered. Director Andrew Dominik & Ray Liotta also get interviewed in the same clip.

As expected, director Andrew Dominik’s crime drama “Killing Them Softly” starring Brad Pitt had a star-packed red carpet premiere at the 65th Cannes Film Festival (Tues., May 22). You can read more about the film in our earlier post featuring Brad Pitt & co-stars at a photocall held Tuesday morning.

With respect to the premiere, Irina Shayk was by far the hottest one cat-walk down the red carpet. The person missing in all the action was Angelina Jolie! What’s up with that?! Last year when Brad’s highly anticipated “Tree of Life” premiered at Cannes, Angie was there by his side (see pics here).

Tennis phenom Novak Djokovic was at the premiere with his girlfriend Jelena Ristic. Look for them to hit a couple more events later in the week before Novak heads to Paris for the French Open.

Actor Chris Tucker & his voluptuous girlfriend were surprise attendees. Hey, wasn’t this dude supposed to be broke?! Seeing how he’s in Cannes with a hot piece of ass, I think it’s safe to say that he’s back in the money! OW!

Today’s featured film at the 65th Cannes Film Festival is “Killing Them Softly,” a crime drama based on the 1974 novel “Cogan’s Trade” by George V. Higgins. The feature is directed by Andrew Dominik & stars the one & only Brad Pitt. As we mentioned before, it’s in competition for the festival’s Palme d’Or award, which coincidentally, another one of Brad Pitt’s films won last year (Terrence Malick’s “The Tree of Life”). According to it’s IMDb page, the plot centers around Jackie Cogan, a professional enforcer, who investigates a heist that went down during a mob-protected poker game. “Goodfellas” star Ray Liotta and Richard Jenkins are also among the cast members.

It’s getting great reviews all around, so read a couple at The Hollywood Reporter & Indie Wire.

I’m really diggin’ the film’s official poster:

It was a star studded night to rival the Oscars last night at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Hollywood where George Clooney led an all-star cast in a performance of the Dustin Lance Black’s play “8” which details the legal fight of the fight against Prop 8 in California to re-legalize gay marriage. Joining Clooney in the performance were Brad Pitt, Jane Lynch, Matthew Morrison, Jamie Lee Curtis, Martin Sheen, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and many, many more who later consorted with their real counterparts.
