The 21st annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party hosted by Sir Elton John and David Furnish raised $6 million for the fight against HIV/AIDS. The party was held at West Hollywood Park and co-sponsored by Chopard, Neuro Drinks, and Wells Fargo with American Airlines as the Foundation’s official sponsoring airline. Some of the auction items included two sets of tickets to join Sir Elton John and David Furnish at the Vanity Fair party that sold for $150,000 each; five days at Steven Tyler’s Hawaiian retreat for $250,000. Sir Elton John also auctioned off four private performances by himself that went for $250,000 each, totaling $1 million. For more info, visit the Elton John AIDS Foundation website.

British fashion brand Topshop and Topman made its debut in L.A. with a huge celebration at The Grove that attracted around 10,000 people and included a performance by Demi Lovato. The L.A. Opening Party held at Cecconi’s brought out a lot of celebrities, more than what we’ve posted here. The Rodeo Drive Walk Of Style honoring BVLGARI took place last night with Drew Barrymore presenting Mr. Nicola Bulgari a Robert Graham-designed torso statuette and the city’s mayor reading an official proclamation declaring December 5th, 2012, “Bulgari Day.” Previous honorees Giorgio Armani (who received the first award in 2003), Valentino (2009), retailer Fred Hayman (2011) and, most recently, the late Diana Vreeland. Katy Perry and Audi of America were honored ast Trevor Heroes at the “Trevor Live” at the Hollywood Palladium. So the event to be at last night was the 2013 Miss Golden Globe Awards hosted by the HFPA and InStyle at Cecconi’s restaurant in West Hollywood. However, the actual honoree of “Miss Golden Globe” didn’t make this megapost of attendees. Francesca Fisher-Eastwood was named Miss Golden Globe 2013. It’s traditionally the child of a famous person that wins the honor. Basically her job will be to escort the winners on and off the stage at the Golden Globe Awards next January. ELLE’s 19th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills last night. Yeah, as you can see, a lot of ladies attended the event and this isn’t even everyone; we figured to cap our over-coverage at 20 attendees. Pretty much the only dude in attendance was Robert Pattinson who was there to give an award to Uma Thurman. The 2012 Entertainment Weekly Pre-Emmy Party took place last night at Fig & Olive in West Hollywood. With the Primetime Emmy Awards set to take place tonight at Nokia Theaters at L.A.
