The 2013 Film Independent Spirit Awards held at The Santa Monica Beach last night. Hosted by Andy Samberg, the 28th installment of the event saw Silver Linings Playbook as the big winner, taking home four awards including Best Feature, Best Director, Best Screenplay, and Best Female Lead in Jennifer Lawrence. Troian Bellisaro, Lucy Hale, and Shay Mitchell attended the Disney ABC Television Group May 2011 Press Junket leading up to the premiere of new episodes of their ABC Family show Pretty Little Liars, set to restart on June 14th.

You can continue to catch Francia on The Secret Life of the American Teenager, Mondays at 8/7c. Also, Emily is set to star in the ABC Family original movie, Cyberbully, also starring Kay Panabaker and Kelly Rowan. Look for that movie to air on July 17th.

Emily Jordan Osment (born March 10, 1992)[3] is an American teen actress, singer-songwriter and voice actress born in Los Angeles, California. After working in several television films in her childhood, Osment gained fame for co-starring as Gerti Giggles in Spy Kids 2: Island of Lost Dreams and Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over. Osment went on to co-star in the Emmy Award-nominated[4] Disney Channel sitcom Hannah Montana as Lilly Truscott as well as the series movie, Hannah Montana: The Movie.[5] She also starred as Cassie in R. L. Stine’s: The Haunting Hour Volume One: Don’t Think About It and most recently the Disney Channel Original Movie, Dadnapped as Melissa Morris. [Source]

Emily Osment @ 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto

Emily Osment is headlining MuchMusic’s SodaPOP tour and is set to release her debut album with the first single, “Let’s Be Friends,” already been released. The album is not being released on the Disney label but you can expect it to be a pop album.

“This music is very close to my heart and I feel like this is what I really believe in. This album. It’s the real deal for me, it’s what I want to be known for.”

“There’s a lot more heart and soul, it’s truthful and I’m taking a lot more risks. I’m not afraid to take that extra step to make it weird if it has to be weird or say the things that I want to say. Not be shocking, but just interesting. I think interesting is what everybody wants and I want music for kids to dance around and love.” Source

Emily Osment is best known for her role as Lily on Hannah Montana but now she’s branching out on her own and set to release her own album in March 2010. She’s already filmed the video for the debut single, “All The Way Up”.

So I had to go to the Wiki to find out about Emily Osment. So I guess she’s in Hannah Montana: The Movie. She’s Lilly Truscott/Lola Luftnagle, Miley and Oliver’s school best friend.
