Evan Rachel Wood showed off her baby bump while out & about Los Angeles with her hubby Jamie Bell. The lovebirds were out grabbing a some colorful Bubble Tea iced-drinks as Evan unsuccessfully attempted to cover her growing belly with a grey hoodie. The 25-year-old The Ides of March star first announced that she’s expecting her first child back in January. She & English actor Jamie Bell (famous for Jumper (2008), and The Adventures of Tintin (2011)) tied the knot in October 2012.
These were snapped over the weekend as the newly wed actress Evan Rachel Wood was strutting her inner-fashionista as she was spotted running errands around Los Angeles.
Following no releases in 2012, the 25-year-old actress will make a big splash in 2013 with a total of five films & at the moment one release in 2014. The only film with a release date is “A Case of You,” which hits theaters August 15th, 2013 & stars Sam Rockwell, Sienna Miller, Vince Vaughn and Peter Dinklage. Here’s some plot action from IMDb: “A young writer tries to impress a girl he meets online with an embellished profile, but he finds himself in a real mess when she falls for him and he has to keep up the act.”
The LACMA 2012 Art + Film Gala was held at LACMA in Los Angeles over the weekend. As you can see, there were many in attendance so we had to narrow it down to the ten worth posting, atleast on this site. The gala honored Ed Ruscha and Stanley Kubrick with a special tribute by Steven Spielberg which was presented by Gucci. The co-chaired by Leonardo DiCaprio and Eva Chow. Both Kubrick and Ruscha have dedicated exhibitions on view at LACMA this month. For more info, visit the Los Angeles County Museum of Art website.

With the safe & boring & slightly disappointmenting outfits behind us, let’s turn our attention to those beautiful women who applied tremendous amount of thought & creativity (even if it was purchased creativity) to their final look without committing red carpet fashion suicide.
Whether the outfits were as simple as choosing a great color or finding that perfect fit to help showcases delicious curves, I felt like the women in this category displayed excellent taste from head to toe. I was on the fence about Dianna Agron b/c I felt like the artwork on her dress detracts attention from her beautiful face, but at the end, I give her props for thinking a little outside the box. Have your take on these outfits below…

Prior to the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards, BAFTA LA had their 18th Annual Awards Season Tea Party at the Four Seasons Hotel. Nominees sipped tea, ate little sandwiches and scones, and talked up each other leading up to the announcement of the winners last night which saw Michelle Williams beating out Charlize Theron for the Best Performance, Actress, in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy award. Shailene Woodley didn’t win either as she was nominated for the Supporting Actress award.
As we mentioned earlier the 17th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards went down in Los Angeles earlier this evening with an extremely glitzy ceremony that included a long list of A-listers including Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Leonardo DiCaprio, Charlize Theron, Emma Stone & many others. There’s plenty more coverage left from the red carpet so make sure you check back for updates.
Aside from the red carpet, the big winners included “The Artist” as Best Film (as expected), George Clooney, once again, scored Best Actor honors for his work in “The Descendants” (still not sure whether he’ll score the Oscar) & Viola Davis won for Best Actress (“Help”). For the complete list of winners, check here.

Don’t know how many of you guys caught this at the theaters, but it was a little disappointing half way through when you discover the entire film is about a political sex scandal. I think I just went into it w/ much greater expectations seeing how George Clooney had his hands in not only the screenplay, but also in directing & producing the film. I just felt it was a cop-out from a story standpoint to rest the entire plot on a couple big-dogs within a presidential campaign having their way with a hot intern. Does anybody know of an industry in which “Fuck the hot chick” strategy isn’t in play? Or maybe I missed something? Having said that, I still feel Ryan Gosling absolutely killed it with his acting. The guy is definitely on a roll!
