Gal Gadot’s Face Is Everywhere These days

I guess that’s one of the many perks of scoring the role of “Wonder Woman.” If that wasn’t enough, Gal Gadot was so good at the role that the film went on to earn a 92% rating on Rotten Tomatoes! Let’s face it, it’s not exactly easy climbing over the 90% mountain, so we have to give a lot of credit to the former member of the Israeli military & her decision making skills.

These latest photos are part of a shoot Gal did for the December issue of Elle and the 32-year-old actress is currently making the rounds promoting her latest film, “Justice League” in which she stars alongside other superheros played by an ensemble cast featuring Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, and J. K. Simmons. The film, which had reportedly had a $300 million budget, revolves around Batman and Wonder Woman uniting a team consisting of themselves, Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg to honor Superman following his death. What the hell? Superman died?! That’s possible? I hope I’m not the only wone who’s lost and confused in the world of Marvel superhero movies. You can read more about film’s plot here.

By chance, does anyone know which sushi joint Gal is being so secretive about in the article? You can read the full article on Elle.

Gadot (pronounced Guh-dote) insisted that we meet at this strip-mall hole-in-the-wall, asking that the name of the place stay off the record. “Because, as you can see, it’s small, only eight chairs. It’s fucking amazing.”

Suffice it to say we’re at a sushi joint, and given the prices on the menu, the fish were hand-caught by Aquaman this morning. Gadot orders a beer and the omakase (chef’s choice), telling the waiter, “No salmon eggs, no sea urchin, no clams.” Same here.

“You’re gonna love it,” she says. “They take the temperature of the fish, cut the fish a certain way…remember Soup Nazi on Seinfeld? ‘No soup for you!’ It’s like that—they say, ‘No wasabi! No soy sauce!’ They manage your mouth.” She arches an eyebrow, snaps her chopsticks apart, and leans in. “Do not—do not—talk about this place.”

The accent is definitely working for her. Deep and exotic, it makes whatever Gadot happens to say funnier, or sadder, or sillier, or more serious, and overall extra-charming. Even more so when she transposes words or drops one from a sentence, or furrows her brow while struggling with a definition: “What does this mean, resolute?

Gal Gadot Attends ‘Keeping Up With The Joneses’ Premiere in L.A.

To go along with our earlier post of Isla Fisher, here’s co-star Gal Gadot spicing up the premiere of ‘Keeping Up With The Joneses’, which was held over the weekend at Fox Studios in Los Angeles. And, for those of you missed the big news late last month, DC Comics officially confirmed that Gal’s on-screen character “Wonder Woman” is bisexual. I guess you gotta roll with the times, right? Props to DC Comics for leading the way.

As for her latest film, ‘Keeping Up With The Joneses’, the film hits theaters October 21 and also stars Zach Galifianakis, Jon Hamm, and Isla Fisher. Here’s more about the film:

The Gaffneys, a suburban couple, become embroiled in an international espionage plot when they discover that the Joneses, their seemingly perfect new neighbors, are governmental secret agents. Source

Gal Gadot Sizzles At The “Batman V Superman – Dawn Of Justice” Premiere in London

Following the NYC premiere of the anxiously awaited ‘Batman V Superman – Dawn Of Justice’ film earlier in the week, the studio is following it up with a glitzy European premiere in London. We’re pretty sure they had other premieres in mind, but I have a feeling that plans changed following the tragic events in Brussels yesterday. I’m sure Ben Affleck & company will move their attention to places like Australia, Japan, China & eventually cap things off with a big premiere in Los Angeles (wait, did that already happen?).

As for the attendees, Gal Gadot was looking much sexier & classier at last night’s premiere than she did at the NYC premiere. The 30-year-old actress, who scored the role of Wonder Woman in the blockbuster film, wore a beautiful red dress with a deep neckline and jeweled straps. The film will hit theaters this weekend (March 25). Check out an interview w/ Gal below.

We’re pretty sure there will be at least twenty of these premieres all over the world, so let’s hope they mix things up on the red carpet with more A-list supermodel attendees. I’m sure this will disappoint a lot of you guys, but I’m realizing that Gal Gadot doesn’t have the same red carpet presence like, say, a Megan Fox or an Amber Heard. She’s still a very sexy woman, but something is definitely missing.

As for the film, it will hit theaters this coming weekend (March 25, 2016) and we’re pretty sure it’ll go on to make at least a billion at the box-office—or at least we hope so! Few films get hyped as much as this one has gotten over the past couple years. Also, the fact that it had a production budget of around $250 million is probably making a lot of studio execs sweat behind closed doors, especially considering Ben Affleck’s superhero record on the big screen!

Actress Gal Gadot waves to the camera as she leaves her NYC hotelPhoto Credit: Pacific Coast News

Either she’s really good at staying undercover or she’s always working, but Gal Gadot is definitely someone we don’t ever get see just casually walking around. These photos were snapped yesterday afternoon as the 30-year-old Israeli actress was seen leaving her NYC hotel. As you guys probably know, it was revealed back in 2013 that Gal was cast in the role of Wonder Woman in the upcoming “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” film starring Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill. The highly anticipated film hits theaters on March 25, 2016.

We’ve packed the gallery with a ton of old-school Gal Gadot pics because these candid photos don’t do her justice.

While I’m not completely ecstatic about the pick, we’re just happy Hollywood execs didn’t choose somebody like Jessica Biel, Natalie Portman or Jennifer Garner. Many congrats to Gal Gadot!! ISRAEL! ISRAEL! ISRAEL!

Twitter Reacts to New Wonder Woman

“Should’ve cast Beyonce as Wonder Woman. She’s one of the biggest stars on earth, & there’s no better publicity than racists yelling at you.”[THR]

Drum roll, please! The newest and hottest star in the world . . . soon to be seen opposite Henry Cavil and Ben Affleck in Batman Vs. Superman (or is it the other way around?) . . . playing the most powerful woman in the world, Wonder Woman, is . . . Gal Godot.

Who? Well, remember that name, because it’s gonna be one you’ll be hearing a lot in the future: former star of bit parts in Fast & Furious 6 and Knight and Day has landed the female lead role in Zack Snyder’s upcoming epic sequel to Man of Steel.

She seems like a good fit . . . but will the Internet Gods and Fanboys concede, or will they unleash their Nerd Fury as they did when Affleck was cast as Batman? Click on the link to see what the tweeters have been tweeting . . . (Hint: It’s mostly nice stuff).
