From this set of ladies we can confirm that Nina Dobrev wore Monique Lhuillier, Jennifer Lawrence wore Dior, Emma Watson wore Prabal Gurung, Emma Roberts wore Diane von Furstenberg, Julianne Hough wore Topshop, and Hailee Steinfeld wore Donna Karan.

The 2013 Costume Institute Gala was held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. In celebration to the Met’s exhibition “PUNK: Chaos to Couture”, the event brings out a who’s who in the world of fashion with numbers of celebrities wearing one-of-a-king creations. The gala was co-chaired by co-chaired by Rooney Mara, Lauren Santo Domingo, Riccardo Tisci, and Anna Wintour. For more coverage from last night’s gala, visit The Met Gala at Vogue.com.

The upcoming exhibition will feature punk’s influence on fashion including “original punk garments and recent, directional fashion to illustrate how haute couture and ready-to-wear borrow punk’s visual symbols.” The exhibition runs from May 9th through August 16th. Elizabeth Banks and Hailee Steinfeld were two of the celebrities at the CinemaCon Big Screen Achievement Awards at Pure Nightclub in the Caesars Palace Hotel taking place in Las Vegas. Both were honored as Elizabeth was presented with the Award of Excellence in Acting and Hailee present the Female Star of Tomorrow. Other honorees included Aubrey Plaza, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Melissa McCarthy, and Harrison Ford receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award. We’re still trying to source these photos, so that was the main delay in getting these babies up. Long-story-short, Hollywood’s next big star Hailee Steinfeld celebrated her Sweet 16 party at the Rolling Stone Restaurant & Lounge in Los Angeles and her publicist made sure to invite a long list of up & coming starlets. Her actual birthday was on December 11 & this party was held on December 15. The party was sponsored by vitaminwater and Sally Hansen, so it’s nice to see that Hailee & her team are cashing in on the occasion.

Regardless of how young & innocent she may appear, I’m pretty sure she’s well aware of the fact that she’s going to be a wildly famous & obscenely rich in a few years once Hollywood producers and directors have their way. I guess w/ a last name like “Steinfeld,” you can’t really go wrong in entertainment, right?

The Shops at Target is their collaboration with various designers bringing pop-up boutiques opening on September 9th in Target locations and online at Target.com during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. This Fall version of The Shops at Target will go from September 9th to October 20th. The three ladies above, Brooklyn Decker, Hailee Steinfeld, and Jessica Chastain, were simply invited but our guess is that they won’t be consumers of anything from The Shops at Target. NYC: Ladies Who Attended “The Dark Knight Rises” Premiere

The Dark Knight Rises is the next of this summer’s Hollywood blockbusters set for release. With an estimated budget of $250 million, there are high expectations for The Dark Knight, the final installment in Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy. Once again, Christian Bale stars as Batman with Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, and Morgan Freeman reprising their roles. The Dark Knight introduces Selina Kyle (Catwoman) and Bane, played by Anne Hathaway and Tom Hardy. Look for it in theaters on July 20th (July 19th in Australia and New Zealand). Dakota Fanning and Hailee Steinfeld were photographed in New York City on the sets of their respective new films Very Good Girls (Fanning) and Can a Song Save Your Life? (Steinfeld). In Very Good Girls, Dakota stars along with Elizabeth Olsen as “two New York City girls pact to lose their virginity during their first summer out of high school. When they both fall for the same street artist, the friends find their connection tested for the first time.” [Source]

Meanwhile in Can a Song Save Your Life? stars in cast that includes Keira Knightley, Mark Ruffalo, and Catherine Keener where a dejected music business executive forms a bond with a young singer-songwriter new to Manhattan.” [Source]

Girls Who Attended Variety’s 5th Annual Power of Youth Event

Variety’s 5th Annual Power of Youth Event honors talent youths committed to philanthropic and humanitarian causes. Amongst the honorees this year were Hayden Panettiere, Chloe Moretz, Bailee Madison, and Angus T. Jones. Since this was an underage event, the fun-filled afternoon included live performance, games, food, and photo opportunities; our guess it was 36 varieties of cake, a petting zoo, and acrobats. Red Carpet Ladies at “Glee: The 3D Concert Movie” Premiere

In the tradition of taking a live performance concert and marketing it into a movie event (like Justin Bieber and Hannah Montana), Glee will trick people into hitting up the theaters to watch a concert that already took place as part of their Glee Live! In Concert!. However, since it’ll be in 3D and include backstage extra bonus features, people will line up for it. The cast performs songs from Season One and Two and hits theaters on August 12th.
