Her dress is fairly forgettable, but whoever did Lily Collins’ hair & makeup deserves major props. Simple & sexy always does the trick.

For those of you who don’t know, Lily is singer Phil Collins’ 24-year-old daughter. The only thing Lily needs to worry about is finding a more masculine boyfriend. I’m sorry, but this Campbell Brown Bower dude is doing an excellent job in channeling his inner lesbian. It’s very sad, but I guess metrosexual dudes is the popular way to go among chicks these days.

Lily Collins Enjoys Toronto With Boyfrined Jamie Campbell Bower

Wow, after splitting with Zac Efron less than a month ago, Lily Collins has already moved on to fresh metro-sexual blood. The young actress, who’s the daughter of musician Phil Collins, was seen going for a romantic stroll through Yorkville in Toronto with her new boy-toy Jamie Campbell Bower. Jaime, for those of you who don’t know, has a pretty crazy resume that includes stings with Tim Burton & roles in “Twilight” & “Harry Potter”. Pretty damn good for somebody who’s only 23.

Lily & Jaime are currently in Toronto for the pre-production of their upcoming new film “The Mortal Instruments,” which is directed by “The Karate Kid” (starring Jayden Smith) director Harald Zwart. Here’s more juice according to IMDb:
