Jennifer Aniston’s upcoming comedy Life of Crime premiered at the Roy Thomson Hall to close out the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival. The film is based on the novel “The Switch” by Elmore Leonard and also stars Tim Robbins, Isla Fisher, Will Forte, and Mos Def. The film centers on a hooker-turned-Broadway-thespian (Imogen Poots) and follows the “recurring intersection between these two facets of her life”. The play’s writer (Will Forte) falls for her as well, despite the fact that he’s already dating her therapist (Jennifer Aniston), whose alcoholic mother is in rehab.

The world premiere of the Lifetime Original Movie Event Call Me Crazy: A Five Film was held at The Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. The five short films are named after each character, Lucy, Eddie, Allison, Grace and Maggie, played by Brittany Snow, Mitch Rouse, Sofia Vassilieva, Sarah Hyland, Jennifer Hudson, respectively.
