I haven’t been to Vegas in a while, so I’m going to give Jordin Sparks the benefit of the doubt and assume that The Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas isn’t some dinky, run-of-the-mill city mall. I always thought a singer like Jordin is too big for such shows, but apparently not.
With respect to her performance, the 25-year-old former “American Idol” winner performed songs off her new album ‘Right Here Right Now,’ which she’s currently promoting.
I’d wanna say that Jason Derulo screwed up big-time for ditching Jordin Sparks, but when you apply a little logical reasoning, you can quickly come to his motivations. The dude simply wanted to F around without any guilt of cheating. I’m sure if he was in his late 40s or mid-50s, and already slept with 10-15,000 women from all parts of the globe, he would finally want to settle down with a nice, wholesome girl like Jordin Sparks.
Now, this leaves a somewhat emotionally bruised and rebound-ripe Jordin Sparks. Let’s face it, as soon as Jordin is ready, she will not have any problems in finding a man! I just feel like she gives the long-term girlfriend vibe and a lot of guys get turned off from that type of commitment, although I’m sure Jordin is open to drunken one-night stands. Of course, this is all pure speculation.
Anyway, these latest pics were snapped yesterday afternoon as Jordin was seen filming an E! News segment with dancer Karina Smirnoff and designer Orly Shani at the Americana at Brand in Glendale.
Didn’t notice this before, but Jason Derulo looks like a miniaturized version of LeBron James. Anybody else getting the same vibe?
Anyway, We meant to post these over the weekend, but didn’t get the time, unfortunately. Even though most of guys have already seen the pics, these will still be good to have in our extensive archives for Jordin Sparks on the site. The photos were snapped over the weekend at the TAO Beach grand opening at The Venetian in Vegas and hosted by Jason Derulo. For those of you who haven’t been keeping up, the dude released is running around promoting his new album ‘Talk Dirty’, which released earlier this month on April 15.
Jason DeRulo and girlfriend Jordin Sparks weren’t afraid of excessive PDA when his longtime woman made a guest appearance on stage last night during his concert. The performance was part of Universal CityWalk’s free Spring Concert Series held at the 5 Towers stage and doubled-up as a special event to celebrate the release of his new album ‘Talk Dirty’, which also features Jordin Sparks on one of the songs (“Vertigo”).
The photos of Jason in the tank were snapped earlier in the week (April 15) when the lovebirds were seen leaving Supperclub in Los Angeles following what was probably an album release party.
You can watch a clip of Jason’s duet with Jordin from last night:
We’ve loved these two ladies for years and the fact that they’re still killing it is a testament to their staying power. Both Ali Landry & Jordin Sparks were rocking red dresses at the 22nd Annual Movieguide Awards Gala held at the Universal Hilton in Los Angeles.
The Aquafina FlavorSplash launch held at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City. The new FlavorSplash line of sparkling waters and liquid enhancing drops come in delicious flavors like kiwi-strawberry, orange citrus, and peach-mango. The drinks have no more than 5 calories, healthier than most soft drinks on the market. Check it out on Facebook and visit Aquafina for more information.
I know we had light coverage of the 2013 BET Awards weekend, so we’ll do our best to slowly make up for it by showcasing our favorites.
Jordin Sparks was definitely one of the TA-DAAAYUMEST ladies to hit last night’s red carpet, as well as BET-Chief Executive Officer Debra L. Lee’s 7th Annual VIP PRE-BET Awards Dinner held at Milk Studios in Los Angeles.

A long list of up & comers were on hand at Variety’s 6th Annual Power of Youth Event held Paramount Studios in Hollywood yesterday afternoon. With the fall premiere season upon us & the 2012 Emmy Awards next week, look for countless more parties over the next couple weeks helping to create buzz & of course, raise money for charity! Designed to celebrate the joy of sharing their millions with the needy, the event gives young stars an opportunity to learn more about philanthropy, while also enjoying entertainment and activities.
Here’s more about this year’s event directly from Variety. We found the final statement somewhat perplexing for obvious reasons:
This year’s event will honor the Jonas brothers, Vanessa Hudgens, “Modern Family” star Sarah Hyland, Jordin Sparks, “Vampire Diaries” star Kat Graham and Diego Boneta. They join previous honorees including Justin Bieber and Shailene Woodley.
The cast of Cartoon Network’s “Level Up” will host this year’s event, which will feature a musical perf by Graham.
Each honoree has chosen a philanthropic org to spotlight: Change for the Children Foundation (Jonas brothers); the George Lopez Foundation (Hyland); the Water Project (Graham); Make a Wish (Hudgens); Child Help (Sparks) and the Vannie E. Cook Jr. Children’s Cancer & Hematology Clinic (Boneta).
Variety publisher Brian Gott says young stars are carefully vetted to make sure they genuinely embody a philanthropic spirit and serve as a role model for the fans that look up to them.
So, they actually vet each attendee to make sure they haven’t done anything in the past that would make them a negative role model for young fans?! Really, Variety?

At 22 (hitting 23 in December), Jordin Sparks was probably one of the older chicks at yesterday afternoon’s 6th Annual Power of Youth Event thrown by Variety magazine at Paramount Studios in Hollywood. Unlike a lot of other attendees who glammed-up for the event, Jordin opted for the fresher look w/ a pair of really freaky & colorful kicks.
Anybody know the brand, by chance? Here’s a closer look:
