We’re going to assume Nina Dobrev followed through on the music industry’s unspoken rule that if you’re not a part of the industry, you have to keep it classy on the red carpet. Although we can’t say the same about Nina’s AMAs BFF Julianne Hough.
Both ladies arrived together, sat next to each other during the showcase and naturally, they partied together following the event. Nina ditched the white outfit she wore on the red carpet for a far sexier dress for a night out.
And, for those of you who missed the film (which probably most of you when you account for sales figures), directly below is a short clip of Nina working her mojo alongside co-star Damon Wayans, Jr..
The overriding theme of the outfits was the usual—legs, butts & dangerously low-cut tops, so there was really no big surprise. With that in hand, we’re highlighting the leggy outfits from last night that caught our eye. Make sure to choose your favorite in the poll below.

Miranda Kerr was one of the sexiest women in attendance—even with that ugly belt—but there were plenty of other ladies who packed Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills last night at the 22nd Annual ELLE Women in Hollywood Awards. We’ve rounded up a batch of a few of our favorites, so we hope you guys enjoy the collection.
Who’s on your top 5 list?

Here’s Hollywood-exec-plaything Julianne Hough working her mojo while out & about Beverly Hills with friends. It’s odd that Julianne is holding out and not biting on the many offers she probably gets from various Hollywood execs.
You’d think that, by now, she’d suck it up and settle down with a suit after failing to deliver on the big screen with one of her recent films, but this woman has tremendous focus, and not to mention, confidence in herself. Then again, it’s also possible that she simply has a lot of money stashed away—so much so that she doesn’t need to tap a sugar daddy…just yet. We’re pretty sure the day will come, but by then, she might be old news, so Julianne better play her cards a lil’ more intelligently…
Julianne Hough was interviewed by Mario Lopez for the television show “Extra” at Universal Studios. Julianne is back with ABC’s “Dancing With The Stars” as a permanent 4th judge this season which premieres on September 15th. Those competing include Bethany Mota, Randy Couture, Janel Parrish, Tommy Chong, Lea Thompson and Carlton Banks (Alfonso Ribeiro). The new season premieres on September 15th. Visit “Dancing With The Stars” on ABC for more information.
Nina Dobrev and Julianne Hough were amongst those who attended the Let’s Be Cops Los Angeles premiere. The film stars Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans, Jr. as two friends who pretend to be LAPD. The film also co-stars Andy García, Rob Riggle, Keegan-Michael Key and James D’Arcy, along with Nina. Look for it in theaters on August 13th. Visit Let’s Be Cops for more info.
Julianne Hough was seen wearing some really short shorts while stopping by a studio in Burbank. In fact, Julianne’s shorts were so short she had to keep adjusting them as she walked. Much respect to the dudes who invented those types of workout shorts and convinced women to buy them!
Actress Julianne Hough was seen rocking a pair of dangerously short short-shorts held up by suspenders (really, Julianne?) as she was spotted making grocery run at Bristol Farms in L.A. with new boyfriend & NHL star Brooks Laich. I find it somewhat odd that Julianne is showing a little more skin now that she has a man than she did when she was in her extended period of mourning following her Ryan Seacrest breakup.
All you non-hockey fans, here’s more about Brooks Laich:
Evan Brooks Laich (/ˈlaɪk/; born June 23, 1983) is a Canadian ice hockey player, who is an alternate captain for the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League. Laich was originally drafted by the Ottawa Senators in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft, and was later traded to the Capitals as part of the package for Peter Bondra. Before playing professionally, Laich spent time in the Western Hockey League playing with the Moose Jaw Warriors and Seattle Thunderbirds. He has represented Canada internationally, capturing a silver medal at the 2003 World Junior Championships, and playing for Canada again at the 2010 World Hockey Championships. Laich is one of the team’s leaders, and plays in all situations for the Capitals.

These were snapped yesterday afternoon as the ‘Safe Haven’ actress Julianne Hough was seen hitting up a movie with a friend at The Grove.
You can easily gauge the state of your film career when you can go to the local movie theater located inside a major shopping center without any issues. It’s not like J-Hough had a horrible career or anything, but I think it’s safe to say that her ROI wasn’t as great as many big doggs in Hollywood expected.
Aside from signing up to questionable projects, I feel like Julianne Hough’s most regrettable mistake was scaring away Ryan Seacrest too soon. Sure she was his beard, but investing a little more time in that relationship might have one day led to a temporary beard-marriage and an inevitable divorce settlment yielding a sizable payoff down the road w/ the help of oversized, bearded-child-support payments.
