Moviegoers can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that Julianne Hough isn’t signing on to a long list of musicals after leaving (or getting pushed out of) “Dancing With The Stars” earlier this year.
The singer, dancer, actress celebrated the west coast debut of her new clothing line for the ‘Athleisure’ brand at Martone Cycling Company in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon. For those interested in supporting Julianne’s latest career move, you can buy items from her collection here >>>
Once news broke about her getting booted from the “Dancing With (The D-List) Stars” judging panel earlier this year, Julianne Hough said, “I will miss being on the panel for Season 22, but have a lot of exciting stuff coming that I look forward to sharing. The pro dancers, producers and crew at DWTS will always be my family.”
I guess this promotional gig with the department store Lord & Taylor was on the list of “exciting stuff” that she mentioned. Back in January, she just starred in ‘Grease: Live!’ and it’s rumored (probably fake-buzz created by her agent) that casting directors are hounding her for prospective projects.
These latest photos were snapped yesterday afternoon as Julianne Hough was spotted hitting up an audition in Los Angeles. I wonder how many auditions she went on while dating media mogul Ryan Seacrest? I think it’s safe to assume that it wasn’t too many considering how much influence the guy has among people in the industry.
We’ll probably be seeing a lot more of Julianne walking through parking lots of the next few months since the 27-year-old dancer and actress recently announced that she won’t be returning to “Dancing with the Stars” as a judge. She had that gig only since September 2014, so the quick exit was probably forced by suits behind the scenes as opposed to Julianne willingly saying she’ll turn her attention to bigger projects.
Last month, Julianne was one of the stars of “Dirty Grandpa” starring Zac Efron & Robert De Niro, which, believe it or not, earned a nice return at the box-office (production budget was $11.5M & box-office sales are currently at $63M).
Here’s an interview with Julianne discussing her “Dirty Grandpa” experience:
Aside from a couple films set for release later this year, Julianne Hough’s latest project is “Grease: Live,” which is set to air on Fox on January 31. Julianne will play lead role of Sandy Dumbrowski.
We have a feeling she’s in NYC to do some promotional for the upcoming television production. These photos from earlier today show the famous dancer smiling for the papz as she arrived back at her hotel.

Here are more ladies who caught our eye walking the red carpet at the 42nd Annual People’s Choice Awards. The star-studded award show, which is famous for letting the fans vote for the winners (riiight!), was held at the Microsoft Theatre in Hollywood. Check out the full list of winners.
We’re going to assume Nina Dobrev followed through on the music industry’s unspoken rule that if you’re not a part of the industry, you have to keep it classy on the red carpet. Although we can’t say the same about Nina’s AMAs BFF Julianne Hough.
Both ladies arrived together, sat next to each other during the showcase and naturally, they partied together following the event. Nina ditched the white outfit she wore on the red carpet for a far sexier dress for a night out.
And, for those of you who missed the film (which probably most of you when you account for sales figures), directly below is a short clip of Nina working her mojo alongside co-star Damon Wayans, Jr..
The overriding theme of the outfits was the usual—legs, butts & dangerously low-cut tops, so there was really no big surprise. With that in hand, we’re highlighting the leggy outfits from last night that caught our eye. Make sure to choose your favorite in the poll below.

Miranda Kerr was one of the sexiest women in attendance—even with that ugly belt—but there were plenty of other ladies who packed Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills last night at the 22nd Annual ELLE Women in Hollywood Awards. We’ve rounded up a batch of a few of our favorites, so we hope you guys enjoy the collection.

Here’s Hollywood-exec-plaything Julianne Hough working her mojo while out & about Beverly Hills with friends. It’s odd that Julianne is holding out and not biting on the many offers she probably gets from various Hollywood execs.
You’d think that, by now, she’d suck it up and settle down with a suit after failing to deliver on the big screen with one of her recent films, but this woman has tremendous focus, and not to mention, confidence in herself. Then again, it’s also possible that she simply has a lot of money stashed away—so much so that she doesn’t need to tap a sugar daddy…just yet. We’re pretty sure the day will come, but by then, she might be old news, so Julianne better play her cards a lil’ more intelligently…
