Celebrities attended the 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala honoring Barbara Kruger and Quentin Tarantino presented by Gucci. Perhaps the biggest surprise of the evening was the presence of British pop star Boy George and Culture Club, who entertained the guests with a set of four numbers, including ’80s favorites “Karma Chameleon” and “Do You Really Want to Hurt Me.” As with past Art + Film galas, Saturday’s event coincided with a new film-themed exhibition at LACMA. “Haunted Screens: German Cinema in the 1920s,” running through April, focuses on the German Expressionist cinema of filmmakers like Fritz Lang and F.W. Murnau.
Kate Hudson was spotted returning to her hotel in Manhattan. In the process she showed off those MILFilcious sexy legs. Recently Kate has talked about the difficulties of staying thin these days. “I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted when I was younger, and then as I got older I saw that if I ate whatever I wanted, I wasn’t very healthy. My mom was very much into telling me that I have to eat healthy and that I’m eating too many cheeseburgers.”
We should note that this is Kate Hudson’s debut appearance in our exclusive Parking Lot Catwalker category, so many congrats to her on the big score. Following her Golden Globe win & Academy Award nomination for ‘Almost Famous’, this latest achievement is simply another feather in Kate’s cap.
These latest pics were snapped just yesterday afternoon as Kate was seen with her son leaving a restaurant in Brentwood following lunch.

We should note that the 34-year-old ‘You, Me and Dupree’ actress braved the rain on Friday afternoon (Feb. 28) as she grabbed lunch in Santa Monica. We don’t see much of Kate Hudson, but I gotta admit, I’m digging her style.
For those of you don’t know, Kate Hudson will star in Zach Braff’s upcoming film ‘Wish I Was Here’, which is another project that used Kickstarter for funding, raising $3.1 million from a total of 46,520 people. The film had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year in January, which is roughly 10 years after the premiere of Zach Braff’s debut hit film “Garden State”. The festival premiere was obviously a big success seeing how Focus Features bought the distribution rights for $2.75 million, so many congrats to Zac Braff and team. Along with Kate, the film stars Zach Braff, Jim Parsons, Ashley Greene, Joey King and James Avery. Here’s some plot action:
‘Wish I Was Here’ is the story of Aidan Bloom, a struggling actor, father and husband, who at 35 is still trying to find his identity; a purpose for his life. He winds up trying to home school his two children when his father can no longer afford to pay for private education and the only available public school is on its last legs. Through teaching them about life his way, Aidan gradually discovers some of the parts of himself he couldn’t find. Source
