Rarely do we feature actress Kate Mara, so we figured we’d run with these—mainly because the 34-year-old recently got engaged to her longtime love Jamie Bell. The pair have dated since 2015 and announced the engagement back in January.
There’s not much to say about these photos aside from the fact that they’re absolutely BORRRRRING! Come on, Kate! Why don’t you wear your workout uniform just like every other woman in SoCal? These photos were snapped yesterday afternoon as the actress ran errands in Westwood.

The 2016 Film Independent Spirit Awards went down the night before the Academy Awards and a long list of celebs were on hand to walk down the blue carpet in Santa Monica Beach. The seemingly laid-back (compared to the Oscars) ceremony was hosted by Kate McKinnon and Kumail Nanjiani.
One interesting thing worth noting about Saturday’s Spirit Awards was that it was free of “The Revenant”—not even a single nomination (for the record, the film “Spotlight” took top honors)! I guess the producers of the event wanted to shower other films with accolades as opposed to simply marching to the drumbeat of the Oscars. For a complete list of the nominees and winners, check here.

With 2015 Toronto International Film Festival kicking off yesterday, A-list celebs are starting to appear to promote their latest films! One of the first films under the spotlight is ‘The Martian,’ which features a long list of names including Matt Damon, Jessica Chastain, Kate Mara, Kristen Wiig, Jeff Daniels, Michael Peña, and others. The actors pictured held a special press conference at the TIFF Bell Lightbox ahead of tonight’s big premiere (we’ll post those photos soon).
The film, which is directed by Ridley Scott, premieres today at TIFF and goes into wider release in the U.S. on October 2. Here’s more:
A human mission to Mars goes awry, and astronaut Mark Watney (Damon) is presumed dead and left behind on the planet by his crew. Watney fights to survive in the harsh environment and to signal to others that he is still alive. Upon discovering Watney’s signal, NASA, scientists all around Earth, and his crew members collaborate to find a way to rescue him.[Source]
Actress Kate Mara was seen catwalking around NYC earlier today wearing a sexy tweed dress & metallic red pumps. The photo of Kate in the red dress is from yesterday when she made a appearance at the SoHo Apple Store for a Q/A session.
More about her upcoming film “Fantastic Four,” which hits theaters this Friday:
When four people teleport to an alternate universe, which alters their physical form and grants them new abilities, they must learn to harness their abilities and work together as a team to save the Earth from the friend turned enemy, Doom. [Source]
Kate Mara was seen leaving a hair salon after getting her hair done in West Hollywood. Later on, Kate Mara wa spotted out shopping at the Broome Street General Store in Los Angeles. Kate stated in a recent interview that she was shocked with how negative people were when they first announced they were remaking the “Fantastic Four”. In the film reboot, she stars as Invisible Woman. Look for “Fantastic Four” in theaters August 7th.

Seriously! How deliciously sexy did these three look on the red carpet? Wowzers.
I’ll be honest, at first we were thinking of doing a top five list that also included Jenna Dewan & Amy Adams, but we cut those ladies for another post so that we could shine a bigger spotlight on these three beauties.
Kate Beckinsale absolutely glowed on the red carpet and on stage alongside Usher & Diddy, but that shouldn’t surprise anyone who visits this site. I know, we’re a little bias toward Kate, but just look at her, for God’s sake! Is there anyone as consistent?
Next, we have Kate Mara. Definitely wins for low-cut dress of the Globes! OW! I’ll admit it, I’m not a big fan of the ‘My-dog-just-died’ face that unfortunately runs in the Mara family, but it appears her stylist knows just the trick in how to divert eye-traffic from her face to other parts of her body.
And finally, we have newbie Margot Robbie who’s taking Hollywood by storm. Not only is she creating marital friction in A-list households (Will Smith, it’s all good, man!), but she also scored a role in one of the biggest films of the holiday season, which also happens to be a Martin Scorsese film! I know this is stating the obvious, but this woman is going places. And on that note, DAMNNNNNN YOUUUUU, LEOOOO!!!
What’s the official take on Kate Mara? Even though she’s covered up, I’m digging the leggy slit, as well as how the dress hugs Kate’s body to make her look sexy. This is yet another one of those cases where the dress is far hotter than the person wearing it. I feel like I’ve said that at least three times while doing running through the Emmys red carpet…

Side Effects is the upcoming Steven Soderbergh film starring Jude Law, Rooney Mara, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Channing Tatum. Look for it in theaters on February 8th. For more info, visit the Side Effects official website.
Jonathan Banks (Jude Law) is a successful psychiatrist who begins having sessions with Emily Taylor (Rooney Mara), a young married woman who is dealing with the jail release of her husband Martin (Channing Tatum). When Emily is reunited with Martin, Banks prescribes a drug called Ablixa to treat Emily’s anxiety disorder. Soon after taking the drug, Emily awakens to find a dead body in her apartment, having murdered the person. Banks is then heavily criticized, investigated and questioned whether it was Emily’s intention to murder the woman, or if she is a victim of his medical treatment. [Wiki]
