Here’s a batch of just a few of our favorites to walk down the red carpet at the 88th Annual Academy Awards last night.

The big winners: “Spotlight” was somewhat of a surprise in the best picture category because I was expecting “The Revenant” to sweep, but who knows, maybe the Academy was looking to make some sort of political statement? Although, Leo & “The Revenant” director Alejandro G. Iñárritu didn’t look all that disappointed, but that’s probably because the two already won in their respective categories. Brie Larson won for her role in the ultra-creepy film “Room”. The beautiful Alicia Vikander won in the Best Supporting Actress winner for her work in “The Danish Girl”. Check here for the complete list of winners.

Fashionable Attendees: Vanity Fair Oscar Party

In the spirit of the age-old saying, “better late than never,” we’re finally posting up our favorites from the 2016 Vanity Fair Oscar Party. If we had to choose whether to post only red carpet photos from the actual ceremony or photos from the various after-parties following the awards show, I’d obviously choose the latter.

The overall theme of the outfits can be summed up with the statement “Look, but don’t touch—unless your name is Leonardo DiCaprio.” I know a lot of chicks probably wouldn’t admit it to it, but with the amount of pre- and post-buzz surrounding that guy’s Best Actor Academy Award, he could’ve seriously gone home with any number of women last night. We’re pretty sure he didn’t follow through, but we’re about 110% sure some of his close friends cleaned up with all the chicks who had lofty aspirations of texting all their friends the sentence, “I had sex with Leo the night he won the Oscar for Best Actor.”

47th NAACP Image Awards Red Carpet Bring Out The Oscars-Haters

Will Smith & Jada Pinkett-Smith, who’ve recently been in the news telling everyone that they’re boycotting the Academy Awards for its painful lack of diversity. Out of the 40 nominees in the actor category, there wasn’t a single nominee for a person of color. While obviously very shameful, this shouldn’t come as a total surprise. The fight will continue for years to come and it’s going to take more than passionate boycotts to change Hollywood! I think it’s safe to say that real & lasting change will be rooted what happens at the box-office.

Since Jada released her video plea a number of African-American celebs have come out in support. We should mention that Chris Rock will continue to host the event, so now I think I’ll tune in just to listen to all the jokes! Chris Rock is at his finest when he’s doing race-related jokes!

Anyway, for more on the winners at the award show, check out the NAACP Image Awards website.

Red Carpet Baby Bumps at the Oscars: Elsa Pataky, Kerry Washington and Olivia Wilde

This goes without saying, but Elsa Pataky took ’embracing your baby bump’ to a whole new level! God damn, woman! I wouldn’t be surprised if she gave birth backstage during the show.

Kerry Washington also embraced her bump, but was slightly more classy in her approach.

Olivia Wilde, who does daily catwalks to & from the gym, all while showing off her baby bump, decided to hide behind a black Valentino dress.

Kerry Washington Wore Her “Outstanding Lead Actress” Dress & Got Got Snubbed at the Emmys!

65th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards

It’s a real pity because ‘Scandal’ Kerry Washington wore a dress that had “I have a great Emmy acceptance speech ready to go” written all over it, but I guess all those snobby voters felt Claire Danes should get her second Emmy in a row for Outstanding lead actress in a drama series. Boohoo! No worries, Kerry! You’ll get it next year!

Don’t forget to catch the ‘Scandal‘ season 3 premiere on October 3 on ABC (10/9c).

Maria Menounos Interviewed “Peeples” Star Kerry Washington at The Grove

Kerry Washington stops by The Grove to chat with 'Extra' host Maria Menounos in Los Angeles

The paparazzi’s Maria Menounos Booty Cam was in the mix once again yesterday afternoon as the “Extra” hottie interviewed actress Kerry Washington. The beautiful actress, who most recently starred in last year’s Oscar winning “Django Unchained,” was on the show to promote her new comedy “Peeples.”

The Tyler Perry-produced film also stars the hilarious Craig Robinson. Check the plot & trailer below:

Sparks fly in the Hamptons when “regular guy” Wade Walker (Craig Robinson) crashes the preppy Peeples family reunion to ask for their precious daughter Grace’s (Kerry Washington) hand in marriage. Wade might be a fish out of water among this picture-perfect East Coast clan always trying to keep up appearances, but he’s not about to let himself sink. Instead, in a wild weekend of fun, dysfunction and hilarious surprises, Wade is about to discover there’s room for all kinds of Peeples in this family, no matter their differences. [Source]

And, since we don’t have her interview w/ Maria, let’s watch a press junket with Kerry & Craig Robinson:
