We’ve been doing our best to keep tabs on Paris Fashion Week, as well as everything happening over here with the Hollywood awards season finally coming to an end with the Oscars finally going down this past Sunday.
Rihanna looked gorgeous earlier today as she hit the anxiously awaited Chanel fashion show. The normally-flashy dresser kept things very simple and elegant as she appeared in a light-purple getup that I can see becoming very popular among the fashionistas out there. Actress Keira Knightley, who also attended the fashion show, wore a similarly designed white-colored version.
The Moet & Chandon 270th Anniversary at Pier 59 Studios in New York City. The company launched their new advertising campaign “Tribute to Success & Glamour Since 1743” with brand ambassador Roger Federer serving as host of the event with other attendees in addition to Leigh Lezark and Katrina Bowden including Emeli Sandé, DJ Bob Sinclar, Anna Wintour and Josh Lucas. You can read the entire press release here including a message from Stephane Baschiera, President and CEO of Moet & Chandon.
Diesel+Edun’s launch Party for Studio Africa Live was held at Theatre Gaite Lyrique in Paris. The 25-piece collection is inspired by African creativity and manufactured entirely in the continent. Renzo Rosso (Diesel founder) and EDUN founders Ali Hewson and Bono made the decision to collobtrate aiming to improve trade and highlight Africa’s rich fashion heritage. Check out the collection, available online and in stores.

Terry Richardson has the best job in the world getting some of our favorite models to strip off their clothes to pose in front of his camera. Our assumption is that he’s banged most of these chicks and they’ve willingly allowed him to perform kinky sex acts that we could only imagine. There must be a whole catalog of sex photos somewhere on his personal hard drive. We figured to display just how much jealousy towards Terry we should have given that he’s had the hotties above, more in the Gallery, and others who we didn’t post, visit his studio and get either completely naked or damn near close to it. Check out all of Terry’s exploits, including the NSFW stuff, at Terry’s Diary.
And here’s a video of Terry getting a B12 shot performed by the beautiful Miranda Kerr:

Chanel’s The Little Black Jacket Event with Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld took place last night at the Swiss Institute in New York City last night. The exhibition is a homage to the jacket, yes, a jacket. This one-week run will show off 113 black and white photos of celebrities sporting this jacket in various ways. Here’s the vital info for those interested: “The Little Black Jacket” photo exhibit opens Friday, June 8 and runs for a week, 12 to 7 p.m., at 18 Wooster St.
There’s just no stopping those waif-ish Hollywood starlets, is there? Not that we hate them for it, because why else would we be so enamored by Camilla Belle and Leelee Sobieski, who showed up in their 1960s Jackie-O best at the Tribeca Artists Dinner hosted by Chanel? Though we don’t have any photographic proof, we’re pretty sure neither one of these ladies did much eating.
ADDS: More photos since we really like Camilla and other hotties in attendance, especially Jessica Hart!! OW!!
