Lily Collins worked her legs at The Grove appearing on Extra to do some promo work for her upcoming film The English Teacher with co-star Michael Angarano. The film also stars Julianne Moore, Greg Kinnear, and Nathan Lane. Look for the world premiere at 2013 Tribeca Film Festival in April.

Linda Sinclair (Moore) is a high school English teacher in a small Pennsylvania town. She is passionate about her subject and popular with her students, but lives alone in a simple existence. When her former pupil Jason Sherwood (Angarano) returns after failing to succeed as a playwright, Linda convinces him to produce his play at the school. Her dress is fairly forgettable, but whoever did Lily Collins’ hair & makeup deserves major props. Simple & sexy always does the trick.

For those of you who don’t know, Lily is singer Phil Collins’ 24-year-old daughter. The only thing Lily needs to worry about is finding a more masculine boyfriend. I’m sorry, but this Campbell Brown Bower dude is doing an excellent job in channeling his inner lesbian. It’s very sad, but I guess metrosexual dudes is the popular way to go among chicks these days.

2012 TIFF: Fashionable Red Carpet Ladies Over The Weekend

As we posted late last week, the 2012 Toronto Internation Film Festival is currently running through September 16th. Over the weekend we saw the ladies of Spring Breakers made their way to the red carpet and here’s a recap of the majority of action that we felt was worth posting. Lily Collins Enjoys Toronto With Boyfrined Jamie Campbell Bower

Wow, after splitting with Zac Efron less than a month ago, Lily Collins has already moved on to fresh metro-sexual blood. The young actress, who’s the daughter of musician Phil Collins, was seen going for a romantic stroll through Yorkville in Toronto with her new boy-toy Jamie Campbell Bower. Jaime, for those of you who don’t know, has a pretty crazy resume that includes stings with Tim Burton & roles in “Twilight” & “Harry Potter”. Pretty damn good for somebody who’s only 23.

Lily & Jaime are currently in Toronto for the pre-production of their upcoming new film “The Mortal Instruments,” which is directed by “The Karate Kid” (starring Jayden Smith) director Harald Zwart. Here’s more juice according to IMDb:

NYC: Ladies Who Attended Chanel’s The Little Black Jacket Event

Chanel’s The Little Black Jacket Event with Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld took place last night at the Swiss Institute in New York City last night. The exhibition is a homage to the jacket, yes, a jacket. This one-week run will show off 113 black and white photos of celebrities sporting this jacket in various ways. Here’s the vital info for those interested: “The Little Black Jacket” photo exhibit opens Friday, June 8 and runs for a week, 12 to 7 p.m., at 18 Wooster St.

The Glamour Women of the Year Awards 2012 took place last night and here’s a sampling of the red carpet. Amongst the attendees pictured in this post, Sofia Vergara won the Comedy Actress Award, Jessica Alba the Entrepreneur Award, Lily Collins the Pandora Breakthrough Award, Lea Michele the US TV Actress Award, and Eva Longoria the Inspiration Award.
