Despite critics taking huge dumps on the film, ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ is cruising to gross $250 million at the box-office—not bad for a film that had a production budget of around $125 million. Believe it or not, but two days following it’s release on August 10, “Paramount announced that a sequel will be released on June 3, 2016, with Michael Bay returning as producer and Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec coming back as screenwriters.”
Just for the sake of a cheap laugh, in order to give you guys a taste of the negative reviews (not that anyone who watches ‘TMNT’-like films in theaters ever reads reviews), here’s a snippet from Wikipedia:
The film was met with generally negative reviews from critics. On Rotten Tomatoes, the film holds a rating of 20% based on 99 reviews. The site’s critical consensus reads: “Neither entertaining enough to recommend nor remarkably awful, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles may bear the distinction of being the dullest movie ever made about talking bipedal reptiles.” On Metacritic, the film has a score of 34 out of 100, based on 30 critics, indicating “generally unfavorable reviews”. Audiences polled by CinemaScore gave the film a B grade on a scale of A to F. [Source]

Fairly boring set of pics, so we’ll keep this short. The Green-Fox family decided to celebrate Megan’s ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ film with a family dinner. Megan carried the couple’s older son Noah & BAG carried their newborn Bodhi. I think we intentionally skipped the birth of Megan’s second son, so WTF kind of name is Bodhi? My initial assumption is that it has to do something with Buddhism, but it could mean something in Hebrew?
Bodhi (Sanskrit: बोधि; and Pali) in Buddhism is the understanding possessed by a Buddha regarding the true nature of things. It is traditionally translated into English with the word enlightenment and literally means awakened. (The word “bod” means to be awake.) Bodhi is knowledge of the causal mechanism by which beings incarnate into material form and experience suffering. Although its most common usage is in the context of Buddhism, bodhi is also present as a concept in other Indian philosophies and traditions. Source

We completely missed these Yvonne Strahovski pics last month when she made an appearance at The Nerd Machine’s “Badass Women” panel titled “A Conversation with Badass Women” featuring Yvonne Strahovski, Retta, Jennifer Morrison, Sophie Turner, Missy Peregrym, and Ming-Na Wen. Let’s hope they do this every year! From the looks of the pics & video (see below), Yvonne had a great time!
Megan Fox was at the Apple store in SoHo, NYC last night doing a Q/A session ahead of the release of her latest action flick ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles‘, which officially hits theaters on Friday. The actress, who went on a multi-year hiatus to get married & pop out a couple kids, seems to be working her A-game once again–at least when it comes to getting dolled-up & looking really hot on the red carpet.
Not surprisingly, the “film has been met with mixed reviews. On Rotten Tomatoes, the film holds a rating of 36% based on 11 reviews. On Metacritic, the film has a score of 38 out of 100, based on 8 critics, indicating “generally unfavorable reviews” (Source).” Lucky for everyone behind the film, the people who typically watch such films aren’t exactly big readers of film reviews. They care about two things: 1) ninja turtles that look real & 2) Megan Fox looks really hot whenever on screen.
As for Megan Fox take on the negative reviews, she could also care less, to put it lightly. In her own words, “Let me tell you something about those people. How much money did Transformers 4 make? Exactly. Those people can complain — they all go to the theater. They’re gonna love it — and if they don’t love it, they can fuck off, and that’s the end of that.”
I think this goes without saying, but Megan Fox is officially the actress that Michael Bay wanted her to be while filming ‘Transformers,’ although it’s a pity that she missed out on all those millions that she could’ve earned if she didn’t make those “Hitler” comments.
So, who wins? In our book, it’s Yvonne, but only because she did a hand stand!

Here’s Megan Fox rocking her sexy promotional dress as she pays a visit to folks at SiriusXM Radio in NYC. I thought she did Howard Stern or something, but it appears she wasn’t feeling all too brave. Megan appeared on the “Sway in the Morning” radio show. We can’t find her latest appearance on the show, but here’s one from earlier in the year…
Also, for those of you who missed it, the actress also made an recent appearance on ‘Today’ discussing her new film ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’, which hits theaters this Friday.
