Actress Megan Fox filmed a bike scene on the set of the upcoming “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” film which is currently shooting in NYC. As we mentioned, she scored the role of reporter April O’Neil, thanks mainly to her decision to kiss & makeup with the film’s producer & Hollywood big-dog Michael Bay. Megan was spotted in wearing a yellow leather jacket & really tight black jeans as she chatted it up with her body double filming an action sequence.
It’s nice to see that Megan Fox is back to playing the somewhat ditsy hot chick in Hollywood summer blockbusters. Regardless of how much she hates getting exploited, the fat paychecks are definitely worth all the bullshit.
She’s once again working with her ex-archenemy-turned-reluctant-friend Michael Bay, who’s one of the big-dog producers behind the $120-million “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.” The film, which is directed by Jonathan Liebesman, is slated for a summer, 2014 release. Megan will play the role of April O’Neil, a TV reporter from Channel 6 News.

Filming began March 22, 2013 in Tupper Lake, New York. On March 24, Deadline reported that Alan Ritchson, Pete Ploszek, Jeremy Howard and Noel Fisher were cast as Raphael, Leonardo, Donatello, and Michelangelo respectively. On April 2, 2013, Will Arnett was cast in an unspecified role. Shooting began in April in New York City and at Jones Beach State Park in Wantagh on Long Island, New York under the code words “four squared” (4SQ). On April 15, 2013, actor Danny Woodburn joined the cast as Splinter. On April 20, 2013, the film was renamed as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. On April 29, 2013, Michael Bay retracted comments that the turtles will be aliens. Source

Just a couple of weeks ago we reported that Megan Fox was seriously contemplating giving up her career in Showbiz. The only that would lure her back, she claimed, was a project of such artistic heft and merit that she couldn’t possibly say no.
Well, the project has materialized. And it’s . . . Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Yes, Michael Bay (the one and only) has signed Fox to play April, the smart-but-sexy reporter that befriends the crime fighting ninja turtles as they kick and kung fu their way through the sewers of Generia Metropolis. Bay is not directing the movie, which should be a relief for Fox who had famously derogratory words for him after their Transformers collaboration, but she will get top billing as the only other main actors in the movie will be four guys in CGI turtle suits who say things like “Cowabunga” and “Yes, Sensei.”

Men aged 18-34 everywhere must be wanting to kill themselves as they read this. Megan Fox appears (at least for the time being) to be putting the brakes on her career in show business. The new mommy says that her top priority is being a mother to her son, something she’s wanted to do her entire life more than anything else.
She tells Marie Claire UK in next month’s issue that, “It’s very hard for me to do this stuff, because I feel like this isn’t my job anymore. My job is to be with him. I just want to give Noah as much of myself as I can. And I want to have more kids. That is where my heart is.”
