Justin Timberlake’s “The 20/20 Experience” album release party hosted by Target and Clear Channel at took place last night at the El Rey Theatre. This is JT’s third studio album and you’ve probably heard “Suit & Tie” 100s of times already and the second single “Mirrors” is probably going that route too. So apparently there’ll be a “second half” of “The 20/20 Experience” set to be released in November so basically fans will have to buy a second album to truly get that JT 20/20 experience; all a marketing ploy in our opinion. Why not just put out one double album? Anyway, used copies are already available on Amazon if you haven’t already (illegally) downloaded your copy already.

Nikki Reed and Sarah Shahi were the only noteworthy guests to us who attended Autism Speaks “Blue Tie Blue Jean Ball” held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel. Along with her husband Paul McDonald, the pair performed a song off their EP “The Best Part”, which by the way is avaiable on iTunes. Sarah Shahi did the hosting duties along with Beth Riesgraf and Krysten Ritter. As with all other gala/ball events, it was a fundraiser to research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a cure for autism and increase awareness. For more info, visit the Autism Speaks website.

So for those who’s invitation to the 2012 American Music Awards got lost in the mail, there was the 2012 Rolling Stone American Music Awards After Party held at Rolling Stone Restaurant and Lounge in Hollywood. Apparently this wasn’t the “Official” after party which was at the Avalon hosted by the Hollywood agency and US Weekly at Lure. Anyways, to recap the actual show once again, Justin Bieber won all three of his nominations, including Artist of the Year, Nicki Minaj won two, and Rihanna, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Taylor Swift each took one award home each. For more info and the complete list of winners, visit 40th Anniversary American Music Awards at ABC.com. Check out the rest of our coverage from the 2012 American Music Awards.

Hundreds of looney, diehard fans skipped school & work to camp outside in a tent city near the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles ahead of the big film premiere for “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2.” I never understood how somebody can convince themselves to do stupid things like camping out for a frickin’ movie? Are they that obsessed? One thing everyone learned for the experience was that the LAPD will condone a tent city for an upcoming movie premiere, but they’ll resort to brutally trashing similar tent cities built by people protesting against the social issues. Great value system, right? Everyone together: “USA! USA! USA!

On a more positive note, it’s about fucking time this series ended and society as a whole can finally move on from the vampire & werewolf bullshit onto some other crap. What’s on tap, anyway? Whatever the hell it is, let’s just hope & pray that there’s better acting and the leads aren’t as depressing as Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson. Actually, Robert Pattinson is somewhat tolerable, but it’s Kristen Stewart who annoys the shit out of me. For the sake of quality film making, Kristen’s career falls apart over the next 12 months. Let’s face it, the girl simply can’t act if her life depended on it!! I guess all that directors & producers can see in her is name recognition & the likelihood that she’ll give them a nice a blowjob & possibly a few nights of no-strings-attached sex. Then again, I think that’s the hope w/ every hot actress in Hollywood?

Let’s turn to the some plot action b/c I’m sure there’s at least one person out there who’s still clueless about how this thing will end:

After being brought back from near-death by Edward after childbirth, Bella begins her new life as a vampire and mother to their daughter, Renesmee. But when Irina, a member of the Denali coven, misidentifies Renesmee as a immortal child, a human infant who has been bitten and transformed into a vampire, to the Volturi, they set out to battle and destroy the Cullens for their betrayal. In a final attempt to survive, the Cullens begin to gather foreign Vampire clans and nomads to stand and witness against the Volturi, including the Denali, the Amazonian, the Egyptian, the Irish and Romanian Covens, with European and American nomads. With their allies, the Cullens and the Wolf Pack stand to prove their innocence to the Volturi once and for all.

The Express and Vogue Celebrate “The Scenemakers” party took place last night at Chateau Marmont in Hollywood. So with a lot of Hollywood parties, this was just an excuse to have an event that gets publicized citing that this one honored Hollywood’s fashionable young stars… how many parties aren’t geared towards that? Anyways, so here’s who we decided were fashionable enough for us to bother posting. Sorry if you were expecting to see pics of Joe and Kevin Jonas.

The 2012 Teen Choice Awards took place last night and since we’ve already covered practically all the attendees that mattered so consider these the leftovers.
