The beautiful “Shameless” star, Emmy Rossum, was looking awfully colorful earlier today as she was spotted first picking up coffee & then catwalking her way into an office building in Brentwood. It appears she was heading in for a workout, who chugs coffee before a workout?! I guess when you’re working as hard as Emmy, it’s somewhat excusable.
Along with her long list of acting-related accomplishments, earlier this year Emmy released her second album “Sentimental Journey,” which were old-school songs from the 1920s through 60s that she co-wrote. I already knew she was a singer, but when I heard her sing while she was on her promo tour, I was pleasantly surprised at her level of talent. You can tell she’s very passionate about her singing, especially considering she doesn’t have to do it since she already makes a great living from acting.

Lindsay Arnold, our favorite new professional dancer on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars, was spotted yesterday headinto and leaving rehearsals. Her and partner Victor Ortiz didn’t necessarily blow away the competition but had a decent showing scoring an 18 on their first performance, the Foxtrot. We can only assume that scores will get better for the two because we wouldn’t want Lindsay to be eliminated from the show too fast before we can chronicle her rehearsal wardrobe. Apologies to all M.I.A. fans!! We meant to get these babies up last week, but got sidetracked by all the other stuff swirling around Planet Gossip. Earlier this year M.I.A. signed with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation management in May 2012, so that was a pretty big coup from a career standpoint. She joins Ester Dean, Meek Mill, Melanie Fiona, Rihanna, Santigold, Shakira, Wale and others

Jessica Alba was spotted heading to her pilates class and I guess we should note that she paid for street parking and was sporting a pair of those Reebok ZigTech sneakers. Anyways, Jessica is amongst the list of celebrities who endorse Barack Obama and will be in Charlotte for the Democratic Convention Party. Look for her to be doing some hosting duties with husband Cash Warren at the Filmore for the Super-O-Rama convention closing party with performances by Scissor Sisters and Pitbull. Kinda blurry & definitely not up to par with with what we’re used to from Kate Upton, but nevertheless, she was out & about SoHo on Friday afternoon (August 17) chatting away on her iPhone. The Sports Illustrated cover girl was pimping Reebok ZigTech kicks & a blue Nike workout top and appeared to be walking home after hitting the gym.
In more important news, the all-American hottie from Michigan (hence the D-Town hat) recently revealed in an interview that she would consider dating heartbroken “Twilight” star Robert Pattinson. As you guys know, the dude pretty much holds an all-access pass to every phun-nanny on the planet & he’ll soon realize that getting cheated on by his former girlfriend Kristen Stewart was the best thing that could happen to him.
