We completely missed Hunter King (also goes by Haley) at the 40th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel this past Sunday. The 19-year-old actress, who currently stars as Summer Newman on ‘The Young and the Restless’, definitely has a bright future ahead of herself, so let’s hope bigwig Hollywood producers & directs take notice!

King has appeared in several TV shows. She star as Adriana Masters in the family drama Hollywood Heights until the series finale. On September 21, 2012, it was announced that King was joining the cast of the CBS Daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless as Summer Newman, replacing Lindsay Bushman. She made her debut on October 15, 2012.[1][2]She is credited as Hunter King. In 2013, King received a nomination for Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Daytime TV Series – Young Actress for her portrayal of Summer at the 34th Young Artist Awards.[3] She also appeared in Miley Cyrus’ video 7 Things when she was younger. Both Bria (23) & Shay (18)f wore short-shorts & shades as they two ladies grabbed a bite to eat before hitting up a Beverly Hills nail salon for their weekly mani/pedi. Following the salon appointment, we’re pretty sure the girls enjoyed a packed day full of “let’s spend daddy’s money!” appointments at various luxury stores around Los Angeles.

Jaden Smith was pictured leaving Hakkasan restaurant with Selena Gomez after a night out in London. Since we’re in the business of gossip could it be that love in the air for these two young stars? Jaden is 15 years old while is 20, so our guess is that it’s illegal in some states. Or, are we just causing trouble and the two are merely just friends enjoying a nice meal together? We’d like to think the former because that would make for some great headlines and stories in the near future. Anyway, we know Justin and Jaden are friends, or at least the were enough at the time to do this “Never Say Never” song.

Worst Dressed: Barbara Palvin at “Behind the Candelabra” Cannes Film Festival

Given the caliber of the Best Dressed list at the Behind the Candelabra premiere at the 66th Cannes Film Festival, Barbara Palvin unfortunately comes in as our Worst Dressed. Pant suit? Really? We’re sure she’ll do better in the next red carpet premiere she attends during her stay in Cannes. As for the film, here goes our precise copy and paste skills:

Behind the Candelabra is the upcoming HBO film directed by Steven Soderbergh starring Michael Douglas and Matt Damon. The film is about pianist Liberace (played by Douglas) and the secret affair he had with young Scott Thorson (played by Damon). The premiere took place during the 66th Annual Cannes Film Festival and will premiere on HBO on May 26th. This is just Maddie Hasson’s second appearnce on the site and first solo feature post. The barely legal 18-year old starlet was one of the fashionable girls at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards and this time she caught our attention as she attended the Disney Media Networks International Upfronts held at The Walt Disney Studios Lot. Maddie landed one of the main roles of ABC Family’s Twisted starring as Jo Masterson along with Avan Jogia as Danny Desai. Fans got a sneak peek to the pilot episode on March 19 following the season 3 finale of Pretty Little Liars; however, the series will fully premiere on June 11th with a 10 episode run.

The series focuses on 16-year-old Danny Desai, who returns to his hometown after killing his aunt 5 years prior. While trying to rekindle old friendships and fit in with his judgmental peers, Danny becomes the prime suspect in the murder of a fellow classmate. [Wiki]

Our Top 5 Best Dressed from 2013 Billboard Music Awards were a diverse bunch that included Ariana Grande, Audrina Patridge, Taylor Swift, Carly Rae Jepsen, Chloe Moretz. As we’ve already mentioned enough time, the event took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas with Tracy Morgan as host and performances by Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, and Macklemore and Ryan Lewis featuring Wanz, to name a few. Taylor Swift was the big winner, taking home awards in 8 of 11 nominations. Rihanna also scored big snagging 4 awards.
