Mischa Barton is set to star in Into The Dark and now there’s a trailer for this supernatural thriller. She stars alongside Ryan Eggold, Leah Pipes, and Jaz Martin, with a release date for June 5th. Our guess is that release date means when to expect it in your local Redbox. Anyways, check out the trailer below, we’re sure you really are intrigued by a Mischa Barton movie…
A young woman (Mischa Barton) who is severely depressed after the deaths of both her parents retreats within herself, only to be drawn out of her depression by an unexpected romance with a man named Adam (Ryan Eggold).
After Adam mysteriously disappears into the depths of a haunted apartment building, she vows to pursue him, even if it means crossing into the world of the supernatural. [Source]
Now this must a big surprise to see that Mischa Barton actually got herself a solo post on the site. Well, Mischa attended BritWeek Los Angeles last night and more surprising is that we have something to write about her. Mischa recently launched an online store with her, Mischa’s Place, (you’re welcome for the link, Mischa), selling “bohemian style” clothing, handbags, accessories and beauty products. Considering, according to her Wiki page, that Mischa has a bunch of movies supposedly set for release in 2012, if those are all Direct-to-DVD failures, she’s got something to try and fall back on, if you’re into that whole “bohemian style”.

Leighton Meester, Mischa Barton, Fearne Cotton & Kat Von D
Notable NYC fashionista Leighton Meester was seen taking her dog for a walk while taking a break from filming on the set of “Gossip Girl” yesterday afternoon. While Leighton has a cozy TV gig, Mischa Barton on the other hand, is doing her best make a comeback in 2012. The actress has a total of six projects in the works, with five projected for release this year, so it’s fairly obvious that Mischa will sign her name to pretty much any gig that will pay a few bucks. Mischa was seen leaving Il Sole restaurant in West Hollywood last night.
Head across the pond, the always-fashionable BBC Radio 1 presenter Fearne Cotton was seen heading home after work. I know some of you haters will disagree, but I really dig this chick’s fashion sense.
And finally, we have the heavily tattooed Kat Von D who was keeping a very low profile yesterday afternoon as she & a friend hit Liquid Juice Bar in West Hollywood.

As part of the pre-Oscar festivities, Montblanc held a brunch celebrating the Princesse Grace De Monaco Jewelry & Watch Collection at the Bel Air Hotel in Beverly Hills. This collection is in continued partnership with the Princess Grace Foundation USA,a non-profit organization dedicated to discovering and encouraging emerging talent in theatre, dance and film. Check out some of the watch collection here.
In even more non-important news, after spending some bikini time at Miami Beach where no one really cared, Mischa Barton was seen picking up some groceries at the local Whole Foods in Miami. To those who care about Mischa’s career track, according to her IMDb she does have several films set for 2012; however, if any of these make it to theatrical release we’ll be surprised. Of her current projects is Apartment 1303 3D where she headlines alongside Rebecca De Mornay and Julianne Michelle. Our guess is that since it’s being filmed in 3D then it should hit theaters. We’ll have to wait and see.
Wow, looks like somebody’s been hitting the gym in hopes for a Hollywood comeback! Actress Mischa Barton was spotted with a male companion (assuming that’s her latest sugar daddy) at the beach in Miami yesterday afternoon.
For the record, we searched long & hard for a full body shot of Mischa in her bikini, but there weren’t any to be found (yet). Looking hot while sitting & lounging in your bikini far easier than than cat-walking poolside while strutting your goods. Plus, that’s the only way we can confirm that she officially got rid of the cellulite ass…
These were snapped earlier this week at the Cannes Film Festival as Mischa Barton was spotted doing some promotional work at a cocktail party for the launch of Ice Imperial, a new champagne by Moet & Chandon. She was accompanied a the event by French hottie Pauline Lefevre (more about her here).
So, what’s everyone’s take? I know her cheese-filled thighs (click with caution) were showed from our archives yesterday, so comparing to those, I’m thoroughly impressed with these pics, to say the least. These were snapped earlier this week in Hawaii.
Well, believe it or not but this chick has like 18 projects in the works (yes, that means she’ll sign her name to anything as long as it pays a few bucks). Here’s a snippet of Mischa’s long list of upcoming projects:

Her most “notable” work is “You & I,” based on a the Russian novel “t.A.T.u. Come Back” by Aleksey Mitrofanov about Lena Katina and Yulia Volkova, the two chicks who make up the Russian-flavored pop duo t.A.T.u.
Sound confusing? Don’t give a shit? Same here.
For those of you bastards who’re interested, the film hits theaters on February 3rd, 2011 (assuming they stick to that b/c the film’s been in the works since October, 2006). The film first premiered at Cannes in 2008 & nobody has heard anything since. Kinda weird, but all this drama is getting me interested.
Here’s some plot action:
The film is about Janie Sawyer, a friendless and lesbian American teenager who lives in Moscow. The story follows Janie trying to escape her lonely life in Moscow through her love of music. Sawyer meets Lana Starkova on a fansite for the pop-band t.A.T.u. Trapped in a provincial Russian town, Starkova is desperate to flee her mundane life and the two girls develop an instant connection. The two girls adapt a poem by Starkova into a song and post it on the internet. t.A.T.u.’s manager catches news of the song, and contacts the girls hoping they will allow t.A.T.u. to record the song. Sawyer and Starkova’s relationship then becomes the catalyst for a series of adventures. [Source]
