Teresa Palmer was out and about with her son Bodhi Webber in Los Angeles. Having most recently appeared in “Point Break”, Teresa can next be seen as co-lead in “The Choice” alongside Benjamin Walker. The film is a romantic drama and is scheduled to hit theaters on February 5. Later in 2016 you’ll see her in “Lights Out”.
I’m personally not a big fan of remakes in general and when it comes to remaking cult classics, the bar to meet and surpass expectations is even higher, but I guess when there’s cheap money to be thrown around, why not? And when it comes to throwing around cheap money, we should mention “Point Break” had a $120 million budget versus a $24 million budget for the 1991 original (that’s roughly $41,700,000 in today’s dollars).
Anyway, regardless of what we think, it seems like the bet is starting to pay off. The film released in China on December 4th and it has already raked in roughly $34 million at the box-office. “Point Break” will go into wide release in the U.S. on December 25.
If you’re wondering about the cast…
Luke Bracey is set to portray the role previously played by Keanu Reeves. Ray Winstone is set to take on the role played by Gary Busey in the original. Gerard Butler was initially in negotiations to play Bodhi, the role Patrick Swayze played, but negotiations fell through. By mid-May 2014, Édgar Ramírez was in talks to play Bodhi. Source
After having spilled all that hate above, I gotta admit, the trailer looks pretty sweet:
Teresa Palmer and husband Mark Webber were enjoying a day on the beach with their son Bodhi in Maui. The family took a dip in the ocean and built some sand castles in the sand. You can next see Teresa in the remake of “Point Break” starring as Samsara, the updated role of Lori Petty’s Tyler Endicott character in the original. Look for “Point Break” in theaters Christmas Day.
These were snapped as pregnant Aussie-flavored actress Teresa Palmer took her dog out for a walk with a friend near her home in Silverlake. This is the definition of “All-Belly,” so major props to the sexy 27-year-old for keeping things together! It’s not exactly going to be easy staying in shape when the baby finally pops out—which, for all we know, could’ve been minutes after these photos were taken…
Normally, we give pregnant celebs the free pass, but when you walk around looking like Teresa Palmer did yesterday, she’s just fishing for trouble!
Directly below the, Teresa Palmer & her fiance Mark Webber looked a little annoyed while shopping for furniture in Los Angeles, but they should be thankful the papz gives a shit about them considering they look like they just crawled out from underneath a dumpster. I get it that pregnancy isn’t easy, but this might be taking the exhaustion thing a little too far. I hate to say this, but actress Teresa Palmer looks trashier than Britney has looked & I don’t think we we can make a harsher comparison.
They’re expecting their first child together in early 2014.
For the sake of comparison here are a couple pics of Teresa pre-pregnancy…
