Who knows, maybe Zoey Deutch was trying to make a very cracked-out fashion statement? Regardless, I think it’s safe to say that the 22-year-old actress can do much better especially considering she’s currently making the promotional rounds ahead of the release of her latest film “Before I Fall,” which hits theaters on Friday. Here’s more about the film:
The plot centers on Samantha Kingston (Deutch), a high school senior who finds that she may be living the last day of her life over and over until she gets it right. If you had only one day left on earth who would you kiss, who would you tell the real truth to, who would you save? Amid that, she must untangle the mystery surrounding her death—and discover the true value of everything she is in danger of losing.[Source]
I don’t know how she slipped by, but one of our longtime favorites Hilary Duff slipped through our soft coverage of this past weekend’s Golden Globe Awards.
As we’ve come to expect from Hilary, she didn’t disappoint. On the surface, what might appear to be a simple green gown was actually a dress that came alive as she moved by showcasing Hilary’s toned meatiness to the “careful” observer. Others who caught our belated eye were Elizabeth Olsen, Adrianne Palicki and Zooey Deutch.

Beautiful actress Zoey Deutch was seen making the promotional rounds in NYC ahead of the official premiere of her latest film “Why Him?,” which also stars James Franco, Bryan Cranston, Megan Mullally, Griffin Gluck, and Keegan-Michael Key. The 22-year-old has attended various screenings of the film along side her costar James Franco.
Here’s more about the film:
While visiting their eldest daughter Stephanie (Zoey Deutch), Ned Fleming (Bryan Cranston) and his wife Barb (Megan Mullally), along with their 15-year old son Scott (Griffin Gluck), are introduced to Stephanie’s wealthy and famous boyfriend, Laird Mayhew (James Franco). Laird’s vulgar, gregarious, and blunt personality is slightly overwhelming for Barb and Scott, but causes Ned to downright despise him. However, Stephanie insists that he’s a nice person, and that he makes her happy. But when Laird reveals he plans to propose to Stephanie in only five days, the race to prove himself worthy of her love so Ned can give them his blessing begins. Laird goes out of his way to win over Barb and Scott, while Ned schemes to make sure Laird goes down in flames. Source
I’m not sure what it is, but Zoey Deutch looks 10x hotter during her interview with Jimmy Kimmel than she did while walking to her interview with Jimmy Kimmel. She was on the show promoting her new film “Before I Fall,” which also stars Halston Sage and Jennifer Beals.
Here’s more about the film, including the trailer:
February 12 is just another day in Sam’s charmed life until it turns out to be her last. Stuck reliving her last day over one inexplicable week, Sam untangles the mystery around her death and discovers everything she’s in danger of losing. Source
Some of you might remember 21-year-old actress Zoey Deutch from role on the Disney series “The Suite Life on Deck” or her year on The CW series “Ringer,” which was cancelled after just one season. Last night, the young actress looked very sexy at a Chanel-hosted dinner to celebrate the new fragrance N5 L’ EAU in Los Angeles. A number of A-listers were in attendance, so let’s hope Zoey expanded her A-list network before the night was over! Ow!

“Vincent-N-Roxxy” is a new crime-thriller film starring Emile Hirsch, Zoë Kravitz, Zoey Deutch. The film made its big premiere at the annual Tribeca Film Festival last night. The plot revolves around a “small town loner and a rebellious punk rocker [who] unexpectedly fall in love as they are forced on the run and soon discover violence follows them everywhere.” Apparently the big kicker with this film is its shocking ending. It was so shocking that actress Zoe Kravitz claims it was one of the main reasons why she wanted to star in the film. Here’s a snippet from an interview with Hollywood Reporter in which she discusses the film:
THR: What made you want to get involved with this movie?
Zoe: I love that [my role] was written for a brown girl but [the movie] wasn’t about an interracial couple. And then, of course, like the last eight pages, I was so confused and so shocked. It does have a really interesting twist to the story. It’s nice to be surprised. After so many years of storytelling it starts to get repetitive. So when something does really shock you, it’s refreshing to read.
THR: What was it like seeing those surprising events unfold onscreen instead of just reading them?
Zoe: I’ve seen a rough cut [of the film]. It’s very intense. It definitely looks like what it felt like to shoot it. It’s so dramatic and so out there that it could be viewed as too much but I feel like because we shot the end after we shot everything else, we really got the time to understand these characters and what they meant to each other and what they’ve gone through and how heartbreaking the end really is. I think by the time we shot that, we were able to do it in a grounded way because we were very clear on what was happening and what had happened. [Read more…]
