Megan Fox looked stunning as she attended the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Sports Awards held at the Pauley Pavilion in Westwood. Megan stars in Nick’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film which is set for release on August 8th. Megan stars as April O’Neill along with Johnny Knoxville, Pete Ploszek, Noel Fisher, Jeremy Howard, Alan Ritchson, Danny Woodburn, Tony Shalhoub, William Fichtner, and Will Arnett. Visit Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for more information.
Since I’m pretty sure 99% of our readers no longer watch Nickelodeon (at least we hope that’s the case) and since we’re in the same boat, we can’t really talk much about the network’s Kids’ Choice Awards that went down yesterday.
Having said that, what we can talk about is Megan Fox’s appearance on the red carpet. This new set reminded me a bit of those old-school Megan Fox red carpet appearances during her ‘Transformers’ days, although I’m sure she has gotten a ton of plastic surgery since popping out a couple kids.
The 25-year-old NYC-native is proving that persistence and hard work eventually pays off seeing how she recently scored a new gig as a background singer for Jennifer Lopez. She’ll be doing a six-date summer tour with JLo, including appearances on ‘Good Morning America’ and ‘The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon’. Obviously the trick is to somehow manage to stay in the game & eventually you’ll get called up the big leagues.
I’m really digging the fact that Holland Roden is making the promotional rounds in NYC, simply letting everyone know that she’s ripe for a big project. I’m shocked that she has worked on MTV’s ‘Teen Wolf’ since 2011 & hasn’t ended up in some summer blockbuster by now! Come on, bigwig Hollywood producers & directors! Let’s so Holland some love!
As for the star-studded screening for the horror flick ‘Deliver Us From Evil’ last night, we should mention that the film stars Eric Bana, Édgar Ramírez, Olivia Munn, Joel McHale, Sean Harris, and Chris Coy. It’s set to go into wide-release on July 2. Check below for plot & trailer:
Deliver Us from Evil is the story of Ralph Sarchie, a New York cop who meets a Castilian/Hungarian renegade priest, Mendoza, when he is pulled into a case — a case which the priest convinces him, against the officer’s religious beliefs, is demonically related. Together, they work to solve the case and combat the paranormal forces working against them.[Source]
I swear, some girls look like they’re in their mid-20s & turn out to be 13, while others like Holland Roden look like they’re 16, but then turn out to be in their late 20s. I don’t get it.
For those of you who haven’t seen much of Holland, that probably means you no longer watch MTV (we’re on the same list). She’s best known for her role as Lydia Martin in MTV’s popular teen drama ‘Teen Wolf’.
As for ‘The Leftovers‘, it’s a new drama-fantasy series created by Damon Lindelof and Tom Perrotta set to air on HBO and based on Perrotta’s novel of the same name. The series stars Justin Theroux, Amy Brenneman, Christopher Eccleston, Liv Tyler, and Ann Dowd. Make sure you catch its big HBO premiere on this Sunday on June 29. You can read more about the series here.

The film tells three inter-connected love stories that take place in Paris, New York and Rome.
Paris: Michael (Neeson), a writer who recently left his wife Theresa (Basinger), receives a visit from his lover Anna (Wilde). The story explores their very complicated on/off relationship due to her inability to commit because of a terrible secret.
New York: Julia (Kunis) has recently been charged with attempting to kill her son, a charge which she firmly denies. As a result of these charges, her son is now in the custody of his father Rick (Franco) who is trying everything in his power to take the boy away from her. Julia is trying at all costs to regain custody of her son.
Rome: Sean (Brody), an American business man on a trip to Italy, falls in love with an Italian woman, Monica (Atias). Sean is inevitably drawn into a plot where he tries to free Monica’s daughter who has been kidnapped by an Italian gangster and is being held for ransom. Emotions run high as the viewer and Sean question whether this is a set up or not. Source

Tom Cruise is going to be cruising the globe again promoting his latest summer blockbuster, so get ready to see a lot of pics of Tom & his sexy co-star Emily Blunt at various red carpet premieres. The two appeared earlier today at the film’s Paris premiere held at the UGC Cinema of Champs Elysees. Here’s more about the film:
In the near future, an alien race has invaded the Earth and defeated the world’s military units. Major William Cage (Tom Cruise), a military officer inexperienced in combat, is deployed into a combat mission against the aliens. Though Cage is killed in minutes, he finds himself starting over in a time loop, repeating the same mission and being killed. Each time, Cage learns to better fight the aliens, and he teams up with Special Forces warrior Rita Vrataski (Emily Blunt) to defeat them.[Source]

“Leonardo DiCaprio, who seems to go out all the time, has a knack for slipping in and out of parties without getting photographed.”[THR]
Note to self: DO NOT take pictures of Leonardo DiCaprio without his consent.
The superstar was at a recent party in New York when a photographer took a quick snap of the actor. When the actor saw it on the photographer’s camera, he demanded that he delete the photo . . . and stood there watching him while he did it.
Which makes us wonder: which is worse? DiCaprio’s attitude? Or whatever he was caught doing in the photo?
