Anyone recommend any good books that I could read. No Harry Potter and not something that’s on the level of difficutly like that DaVinci Code book that I’ve heard is a tough one….I’ve not read a book in years.

You like contemporary stuff? I read all of Sidney Sheldon's novels and some Koontz from 7th to 9th grade, but I haven't read any fiction since then--it was a crazy streak, but then I just dropped it one day. They were quasi trash novels ones-- NOT the ones with fabio on the cover you bastards---not nearly as bad. They were respectable trash novels with actual stories. (if there is such a thing)
Yes, I'm sad. For some reason, everytime I pick up one of those these days, I think I'm wasting time.
But I'll consider some good fiction next time I'm at the book store.
I recommend Ender's Game by Orsen Scott Card. Yeah I think thats his name. Its sci-fi but its sick. I have not met anyone who's read it that didn't like it.
Hmmm ... Naked pictures of famous people by Jon Stewart is good too. Pretty funny.
So basically you wanna read some quality fiction, ya? Or some soul-searching crap that also succeeds in tickling your imagination?
You know what I read a couple months back? Actually, it's not really a book, but more of a collection of writings by Kurt Cobain. It's his diaries all compiled into one book. Very cool stuff, if you like Kurt Cobain, that is...
