All hell is breaking loose. Ashlee’s album is number #1 on Billboard’s Top 200. I don’t agree w/ her cheap tactics in clawing her way to the top. Have pity on America’s entertainment future, Asslee. Be a one-hit-wonder!
Paris is trying to sleep w/ every Carter male (or female depending on mood & sobriety). Paris, Jackson & I are older than you & won’t give you acne! Email us.
Anonova writes, “Paris Hilton has left a permanent impression on her popstar ex-boyfriend Nick Carter…. a tattoo of her name on his wrist.
Paris and Backstreet Boy Nick got tattoos together three weeks before their July 22 break-up, People magazine reports.
Carter wouldn’t say what Hilton had tattooed, but the popstar says he’s harbouring no regrets about the untimely ink: “No (I don’t regret it) because I love her. She’ll have a place in my heart, always.””
I’m sure he regrets it.

Yes Paris....I will do everything that Rick Solomon did in the video (to the best of my ability with my Chineseness) and I will do anything else you want me to do...yes, that too. In addition, I won't get mad like Rick Solomon did when the phone rang while he was pounding you from behind....PLEASE HOLLA AT ME!!!!
...also, that last pic just proves that all the work I've done over the years to overcome my elementary school fat boy syndrome doesn't mean anything....sad! I need Keebler Soft Batch Cookies and complex carbohydrates now!
ASSLEE'S REIGN OF TERROR
regardless if you love her or hate her, ashlee will probably do fairly well over a moderate amount of time because she has endless people at her finger tips marketing her fake image, "her" music (i say "her" because FOR STARTERS she only co-writes it at best, she has endless technitions with music-software to make "her" singing on key etc, she has stylists etc etc etc etc doing EVERYTHING for her, not to mention living out of daddy's and big sis's wallet and reputations. THAT IS NOT A ROCK IMAGE. that's "mommy wipes my ass but im going to play big girl rocker"). ashlee is an insult to the dozens of talented, independent REAL artists who started from scratch and sung america through war and social revolution. her appearance in the media is THE indication that a basic standard for real, raw talent NO LONGER EXISTS. instead, you can be a "rock star" merely if you have the wealth and the connections (oh, and a team of people who make you marketable...its just a lil $$ that's all). famous actors and other kinds of artists have always had help if they wanted it along the way; now, apparently, you don't even have to BE a real artist to begin with. its like anything else nowadays - you have enough money, and it can happen.
that has some very heavy implications for today's society, probably worthy of a thesis for a social science major at a university.
what really interests me is that fans apparently don't go more than skin deep when buying an "artist's" products - apparently it doesn't matter to them that ashlee is the FARTHEST thing from self-made, yet she markets a more or less independent image. many consumers don't care about or even see the basic contradiction. as long as the packaging is right, consumers seem to invest in her - regardless of what really lies beneath the outward wrapping.
i guess her team of personal specialists will be getting a bonus this week.
i bet when she's older, she'll wince at the things that were aired, and at this stage in her life.
she has ultimately demonstrated that you no longer need raw talent to be called a singer. if you have enough money and enough resources, you can be called anything you fucking want if you got the cold cash and signatures to back you up. what does that say? it throws out very decent standards we have (or used to have!) for musicians...its a little harder for actors still because raw talent - or lack there of is a harder to cover up, and auditions are vicious (as they should be), with no one helping you. what does that mean for us? better movies.
ultimately, i wonder if the music industry will suffer...seeing as it can be seduced by money, and no longer by soul. i see a possible rebound, but not before its learned a lengthy and difficult lesson.
but a large part is left up to us: how genuine do you want your music to be?
