I really don't like the tone of the article and many of the comments against Courtney are unfounded and libelous, but it's nice to see the cool pictures of Courtney and know she is trying her best to survive in a world that seems to be totally set up against her anyhow. Why so many people hate her so much is beyond me. Even at her highest or lowest weight, she is still one of the sexiest women alive.

Something I've wanted to say in a public forum for a long time: I wish Courtney Love the best of luck on beating her addictions and being the mother I am sure she wants to be. To those of you blessed and smart enough not to fall prey to drug addiction, I say have some heart. I was a heroin addict 25 years ago & did kick with the help of methadone. "Rape Me" is a song about a women getting raped and basically saying "Go ahead and rape me, fucker, because you're going to go to jail and get butt fucked for the rest of your life".

well i don't know how much longer this conversation can last...but i know that it all began with Lissa's innocent question..."how could Cobain love a woman like her." My origonal point here was that all we know about this guy and his fucked up looking wife is what we see in pictures and what we read in magazines that print about an eigth of the truth then exxagerate the rest...And reading everybody's entries fucked me up because i was one of those people that bought his jornal...And it felt weird reading it the whole time...Nonetheless...I wanted to know that if i ever talk about him, what i say will be true..what came from him and not some edited peice of material that will appeal to its readers...And if anybody thinks that i am angry then they are right... Nirvana really is worth listening to, no doubt........ But every picture I ever saw him in, except maybe one, he looked completely zonked out on something. And that is sad! Who knows how creative he could have been if his mind was working normally? As for his music, I do not know enough about it to comment at length, however, the one time I heard Rape Me (a coworker was blasting it) all I heard was him yelling RAPE ME RAPE ME RAPE ME! I never did research what the lyrics were or what the song was about, because it just sounded like something violent that I did not want to hear. (I do like some ogf their other stuff) And I don't give a fuck about people who do drugs. Fine, that is their fucked up life. But when you have kids, you should not be doing that shit.
